The employees are always respectful. The food is great. It's a good quick place to get some food especially after a White Sox game. Call in ahead of time but food won't take long for walk in's.

When i entered the place seemed to have a nice atmosphere and clean. The clerk was on the phone. He looked annoyed when I walked up to the counter. He took my order without ever looking up or getting off of the phone or pausing his conversation. I ordered 1 Italian beef and 2 gyros. It took them about 30 mins to get my food together. I was sitting in my car,but intently watching the counter, just outside the restaurant waiting for my food. All that and the food was not good ๐Ÿ˜” It was my 1st time at a shark's I was so excited.

I forgot this sharks was on 35th. I tried them again and it's been really good. The chicken is Crispy not too salty. The gyro pizza Puff is why I originally went. They were good. The shrimp were tasty and the Italian beef to my surprise is the best beef i have had in a very long time. That boy is my new favorite for sure. We also tried the gyros sandwich it was great without the sauce. Meat not over cooked. I was pleasantly surprised about those sandwiches.

The food was on point. The fries, maybe were the best the double fried style where there extra crispy and crunchy. Shrimp was cooked the same way very good and the catfish was nicely cooked as well. I thought they were a tiny bit stingy on the catfish. Maybe one more piece would have been better. Same thing with the shrimp. But there was a generous amount of fries. I skipped the bread, but there was bread in there too.

They're clean in there some seats but no tables. One could not dine inside the restaurant. That wasn't the worst thing in the world though like I said it was clean and well kempt.

Service was 5 star. The attendant at the counter was very patient and calm and also asked to check it back to make sure that you got the order right --very delightful. Good service . I appreciate that.
