I ordered from this Sharks, and after doing so, it’s now clear to me that they not all the same. The food at this particular one was straight TRASH!!! And they need to be put out of business for serving people garbage and misrepresenting and disrespecting the Sharks Franchise. I eat at Sharks often but this was my first time trying this particular one, they are playing with peoples money, and they need to stop. Frfr. They need to be put out of business. We need to put em outta business if they can’t serve the community properly.

I called in an order of two small catfillets at 12am that they said would take 10mins. I get there within that time & they tried charging me for two large orders & I corrected the cashier that it was small orders. He said, “ok we will make the adjustment.” Walks away from me as I asked him how much longer. He ignored me & the other 2 customers as they asked questions on how long their order would be. By the time I got my food I had waited an additional 35mins totaling a 45min wait on a 10min order. When I got home the fish was undercooked & I ended up throwing the order out. The fact they weren’t busy didn’t matter, they just didn’t care. It was my 1st & last time going to this location.

My guy just ordered Uber eats from here and it was the worst Sharks I ever had. We ordered a 10 piece along with fries, coleslaw and instead of 10 whole chicken wings, the wings were cut in half to make it a 10 piece. We actually didn't get the coleslaw that was paid for The chicken had no flavor and wasn't even hot. If I cold give zero stars I definitely would. From now on we will only ordered from Sharks on Cicero. Not only is their food fresh, great portions, and worth the money, it is always delivered hot.

I ordered on uber eats, chicken smelled like FISH!! So I called them to ask was it fried in fish oil they swore up and down that it wasn’t. So I bit into a wing and it tasted FISHY. Then I looked at the wing and it was BLOODY! Never eating here again!!! And They gave me the bottom of the bag tiny pieces of fries

Claims to be open all the time but isn't. Its been 4 months when i putin an online order. Told me my food was ready to pick up I showed up and the door was locked and the kitchen was closed. But all the lights were still on. It has been4 months and I am still waiting for my refund. If they answer the phone they immediatly hang up on you. Is tgis even a real restaurant?!
