HORRIBLE, just horrible! The chicken was very old, nothing tasted fresh and to make matters worse they gave us a napkin you would use at home. Don’t eat from here at all!

I visited this sharks July 17th and ordered the usual over the phone. I get to this restaurant and am getting ready to pay, when the lady asks if I want hot sauce. I had a big order and asked for 5 hot sauces and 3 mild sauces. The lady proceeded to stare at me and said no. I was shocked because what kind of service is that? What good customer service rep are you? To top it off every time I visit, a new lady is at the register with the nastiest attitude. Never changes, and you would think so many new faces would at least eventually bring someone who does a good job, correctly and courteously. Anyways, My boyfriend said he’d pay extra for the hot sauces NO PROBLEM and he proceeds to try to hand the lady $5 dollars and the lady changed her mind or something and said don’t worry about it. The simple fact that I was given a hard time for food I’ve ordered many times before and never had such snobby attitude. We don’t like to deal with that kind of people so we told her she could keep the 5 dollars as a tip, EVEN THOE HER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. I would prefer to visit the sharks on 95th moving forward, even if I had never been there before I would hope the service is wayyyy better.

Great service. Nothing like being greeted with a smile upon entering as well as being informed of comparable specials to meals and additional expenses when using a card. The food was very good Hot not refried chicken . Overall a good experience.

I love this place the way that they're fish taste and the way it is cooked catfish with bones but however tonight there was a young lady training another new employee somebody please tell your owners that you should not put cold pop in a bag with hot fish Just FYI something To be aware of and to change because something that small can stop people from coming.
