Chicken and fish fried too hard, other than that, the young lady gave great service, the atmosphere was amazing!!! Please, it takes away the juices from the meat and it becomes dried out. Fry fresh and not re-fry.

First, you need to specify party wings or whole wings, otherwise they just charge you for the more expensive whole wings. I ordered my wings to be honey bbq flavor, they charged me $2 and when I get home thereās no sauce. The rude girl at the front counter tells me I can come back for the dip aka the bbq sauce. Then when I ask to speak to a manager, conveniently, thereās no manager available nor do they know when they will be back at the location or have a way to contact them. Please save yourself your money and time and take your business elsewhere.

First time to Chicago and stumbled into this place. The fish and and chips were awesome and I'm still thinking of them the next day. Hot, crispy, and cooked to perfection. The service of the man behind the counter was so kind and friendly. He made sure my food was amazing and he made my driver wait until it was ready. I've never been treated so well from a fast food place. Thank you!

So disappointing. I ordered 30 wings over the phone and paid $62.15. The girl gave me two options: party wings or half wings for $44 before tax. I didnāt understand āhalf wings,ā so she explained they cut the wings in half. I chose the regular wings for $62.15. When I got home, the wings were tiny, burned, and barely had any meat. They were the size of half my index finger. Not worth the price at all!
Chicken was not cooked properly. The Chicken was chewy, and the coleslaw tasted like spoiled milk. Do not eat here

They take forever to make a meal even if there is no one in there. Also they have the worst Gyro sandwich in the city. The gyro sauce is so nasty and the meat just never seems to be cooked correct. Also you always have to pay for cheese and they put it on the sandwich just a tiny piece in the middle or they donāt put it at all even tho you paid for it. The chicken is also not good and this is a chicken spot howwwwwwww. Donāt even get me started on them nastyyyyyy Italian beef sandwiches. I donāt know what type of meat they use but itās neverrrrrrr cooked and the Texture is always off. This place may be cool for tourist but for my Chicago people donāt waste yāall time. Yāall know what I mean when I say itās not right.

The girl at the register screws up the orders EVERY SINGLE TIME. Twice in 30 days Iāve come home with the wrong order. I was wrongly given an UberEats order which included catfish nuggets. I had a child in my home with a shellfish allergy!

Got the 3 item combo and not worth it at all got 3 piece chicken, catfish steak and another 3 piece chicken, definitely not worth it and did not come with a drink and served in a lunch box and portions sizes are crazy, small, would not recommend it go back to this location at all, plus i was charge additional $1.50 on my receipt for items that are already included in the 3 item meal. Staff not helpful and i informed them that it looks scam ish to charge me a fee outside the 3 item deal when i asked them why they had two catfish on the menu, and they stated one for fillet and another one for catfish steak.
