With a playoff bears game going on you would think there would be a person to man the cook stations but no one is manning the station I was told by the cash register girl that he just left I really wanted sharks but this is so unprofessional I've waited longer then 60 mins to order one item

This sharks is horrible right along with the customer service. I received 2 Cole slams, one with a huge pineapple chuck in it. Also, they were spoiled. I called in and the woman told me they put pineapples in their cole slaw. Never had i seen a sharks do this before. She raised her voice and told me to call the owner. I told her I will be bringing the full order back for a refund. Also the wings are extra extra small.

Owner is cheating customer's on Uber eats intentionally. Buy 1 get 1 free deal for Italian Beef is 13 99, Adding Fries and soda for 3.90 makes total before taxes 21.79 which means I was charged for 2 but he tells his employees to only give customer 1 fry and 1 soda. I will be calling Attorney General about this because it keeps happening. Fix your pricing of face fines.
