I ordered chicken and catfish steak dinner came home took my food out chicken dry that means it’s old. I’m trying to call them as we speak and nobody is answering. The phone won’t even go through so now I need to put my clothes back on and drive all the way back over there I’m in South Shore and they’re in cottage but by cottage Grove, I think it’s ridiculous. They’re not answering their phone.

Ordered online. Paid and tipped. There are no service hours on the building but online the times are 10am - midnight. I got there and the doors are locked and the place is closed. Now I have to try to get my money back. This sucks

First time ever I was not happy with food. The fish, chicken and fries were fried too hard and this white powdery stuff sprinkled. My daughter said it was lemon pepper. Not needed

This is the second time I've had an awful experience with this specific location. Plz stick to the 51st & cottage grove or 35th St places instead. If you order thru DoorDash, they will purposely leave food off your order and be rude AF when you call them. I dont know how they managed to stay in business. No sauces in he order, no bread, no coleslaw and half my order missing

So I ordered my food via Uber eats first I chose oysters which the restaurant didn’t call me they wait until the Uber driver came for him to call me to tell me that they don’t have oysters. OK I told shrimp so I get my food and everything looks like it’s been cooked in old greased fries Are greasy as hell is dark brown and now I cannot get a refund never again

Serving these old plain a** Fries with NO lemon pepper …who is in there cooking messing up this location that used to be really good!

Their quality has gone down. They used to be the best sharks in the city.
