Cashier was told not to sell specials, all food was regular priced? 22$ for 2 Italian beefs only, special Italian beef w fries 8.99 each from 6pm to 12 am and I was there 3days ago an got specials will be calling to speak with a manager

Their chicken is probably the best item on the menu in my opinion and second best is the catfish fillet , both are so fresh & hot when I get them every-time . I’ll add pictures on another review . But this is the BEST SHARKS IN CHICAGO . Customer service is always nice . I’ve never had a bad experience at this place .

Called in order, ready upon arrival. The food is always fresh. The store is clean, including the most important area, where the food is cooked! The customer service has been great every time I call for pickup and up on arrival.
I personally would never come back again. They have horrible customer service, I seen rats in their dining area, and they charge you for everything. I had to hassle with one of the workers to get a refund because i saw a rat and they refused to give it to me. So I left without my food. 13 dollars well spent for 6 wings
