This place deserves no stars they would make you stand in the cold for an hour plus even after purchasing tickets $30 plus IT IS NOT WORTH IT I FLEW INTO CHI TO GO TO THIS BAR IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!
The majority of the staff seemed kind and patient. I came to the bar 10 minutes before close because my sister CHIPPED a tooth and had gotten kicked out before she could find it. I left home, drove through inclimate weather, and politely asked to look. The tall black bouncer was extremely rude and hostile and continued to provoke me while I kept to myself and looked on the floor. He antagonized me the moment I walked in and told me to 'stop running my mouth and look' because I had first approached to ask PERMISSION to look in an empty bar that was being closed. I was literally advised by a bartender to 'just ignore him' because I guess he is so volatile that a sober 5 foot young woman can set him off by simply responding to his extremely rude and antagonistic behavior. I would never go to this bar. And my go to IS crowded gross dive bars like this one. If this is how the tallest most intimidating bouncer treats sober patrons, I cant imagine how he treats anyone under the influence. STAY AWAY!!! dude's on a power trip.

Zero stars if I could. Terrible experience. I needed help with my outfit in the bathroom, and my mixed friend and my gay friend stepped in for a minute to assist me. No one else was in the bathroom just us. A female worker took issue with it and had security kick them out while I was still half-dressed. Rude and discriminatory behavior. Not a safe LGBTQ space. No one should tolerate or accept that.
Sam K is an amazing bouncer. Super respectful and amazing

Horrible at checking with this stupid QR code. Bartender already had ID
On this night we stopped by She-nannigans on Division for what we had hoped would be a fun filled birthday celebration. We expected this because this place has been a staple of the Division St. night life forever. Well… sadly it was not. Let’s get into it.
We arrived in the area at 8:30, walked into Walgreens and grabbed 2 items and walked to She-nannigans. October Fest was going on and in front of She-nannigans was the band 7th Heaven playing. It seemed like a good time to get a drink and get the night started. As we walked in and walked to the end of a seemingly empty bar. We ordered 2 beers and, it being card only, per the sign on the door, I pulled out my card. I didn’t give it much thought, so I gave the bartender my Visa Debit card and she said they needed to hold it while I have a tab running. No big deal, right? After all, it’s almost standard business practice.
Well, it’s just before 9 now and we walk out with our drinks. We came back got another round and one last round before we left at around 10:30.
We had fun outside, listening to the band, people watching. All good, right?
WRONG!
Saturday morning we woke up to pay some bills and found a $2,610.95 unauthorized recurring charge from Built Rent Rewards, in NY.
But how?!?
We weren’t in NY the night before at 9pm. We were at… yes. She-nannigans.
We immediately called US bank and reported the Fraud on my account. We then filed a police report. Then we called She-nannigans to figure out how could this happen while the card was in their possession. No answer. No answer for the next 4 days. We called 28 times in the course of those four days, wanting some sort of accountability. Some kind of action. NOT ONE CALL WAS EVER ANSWERED. Mailbox full, no attendant, no manager. NOT ONE PERSON.
On Tuesday we came into the bar in person. We arrived at 6:19 and asked for the manager. No manager in. Shocker! We asked when he would be in and the gentleman said around 7, maybe a little later. We told him to let the manager, Martell that we were waiting. Well we waited for over an hour. With an occasional, ‘He’s on his way’
I can’t be the only one that this has happened to. Could I be?
Spent over 2 hours waiting for the Manager to appear. Is it the reason why it’s dead on a Wednesday night with a Cubs game 3 of the playoff’s on TV? Not a Cubs fan? NY vs Blue Jays. No? WNBA playoff game Vegas vs Phoenix. Not one person here.
This place I tell you…
Can’t wait to never set foot in here again.
They don’t deserve our loyalty when they obviously don’t care about their customers.

Shoutout to Nikki for being the highlight of our night! She’s super professional but also just really fun to talk to, and somehow knew exactly what kind of drink I’d vibe with. Everything she made was chef’s kiss.🤌 Honestly, Chicago has a ton of bars, but she’s the kind of bartender that makes you want to come back just for her! Thank you, Nikki!

Recently had a horrible experience in this pub. My friends and I, all of whom are above 21 may I add, were not admitted due to our race. We were explicitly told that they do not allow Irish people in, despite claiming to be an Irish bar. The doorman was extremely rude. This is a racist pub and I would urge everyone to boycott.
Went here several times and enjoyed it. All of a sudden, we were told they are against Irish people entering. Ridiculous behaviour from a so called Irish pub. An absolute joke of an establishment. Should not be allowed to be called an Irish pub.

This place is an absolute disgrace. We arrived and queued up like everyone else and were denied entry purely because of the fact we were Irish. The racism and discrimination is a joke in this area. He told us the us this is the USA and we don’t accept foreign ids around here. Disgraceful.

Thoroughly disappointed been in there a few times but got refused for being Irish, ironic given it's advertised as an Irish bar
