Went for a private event. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. They only accept credit cards and the prices for beverages. Aren’t that bad. Especially for the neighborhood. And they have free popcorn!

One of the best bars/pubs I've ever been to in my life. My review is based almost entirely on the service I got from the doorman and the bartender. They're class act guys. Made my friend and I feel very welcome, and introduced me to the people I sat next to at the bar. He did this for everyone. One by one, patrons entered the bar, got seated and introduced to other people that had shown up prior. It affected the mood for the rest of the night. Total strangers talked to each other like they had been friends for years. The doorman was the ultimate ice breaker. I'm from out of town, I'm coming back every time I visit Chicago.

I've been to Nannigans twice recently, and had a blast both times.Was allowed entry relatively quickly on a busy night and immediately on a not-so-busy evening.The only downside is the music being 1.5 notches too loud. The dancing is top-notch, the song choices on-point. Atmosphere is grooving.The bartenders tended swiftly and there weren't long lines at the restrooms either.A strong choice for a night out.
