The food is pretty authentic Shanghai cuisine. They are on the sweet side of the taste. The salmon sashimi was fresh and tasty, and the meatball stuffed tofu was very sweet. The crabs are seasonal and very fresh.
One of the bus girls insisted on taking away our dishes even after we clearly said that we were not finished. The manager handled the situation very well and offered us an apology.

Sesame chicken is my barometer for Chinese restaurants so I had to try it. There was plenty of chicken but it wasn’t crispy and was slightly above room temperature when brought out. Just enough sweetness in the sauce which was also very thin. The broccoli was steamed nicely and was spread throughout the dish. I was starving so I scarfed it all down, but this was not one of the better sesame chickens I’ve had.
