The waiting time is sooooo long and give very limited amount of fish. Definitely overpriced and won’t come again.

Don’t waste your time here!!! The food’s awful, the staff are rude (got multiple eye rolls for no reason), and they’ll even charge you extra at the buffet if you don’t finish your plate, which they never mention beforehand.

Definitely a hidden gem, good bang for your buck all-you-can-eat sushi spot. Perfect for Sunday brunch. They do take reservations if you want to skip the wait. Didn't have a large selection of nigiri, but the vegan and vegetarian rolls were very tasty!
Good sushi for a good price

I can confidently say this place was the worst sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. We started with appetizers, which offered a brief, deceptive glimmer of hope. The seaweed salad looked and tasted like it had been left out on the curb for four days while the tempura was one of the only things edible throughout the whole meal, although, there was some debate if what was inside was actually shrimp. I’m not quite sure how you can mess up miso soup but this restaurant did it. Served in a paper bowl with the saddest looking plastic spoon, it tasted of sink water with a small dash of salt and one lone pitiful piece of tofu. The sushi rolls were 75% rice and 25% fish although I had trouble even stomaching that much fish. My first bite into my roll ended in a violent gag and an internal debate if I should swallow or spit it up. After choking it down, the rest of the roll remained untouched while I fruitlessly turned my gaze to the other plates we had ordered to scavenge for some edible food. My brother picked up the salmon topping his roll and we made eye contact through the most translucent and pathetic piece I had ever seen. After chewing the gummiest and starchiest rice of my life in a different roll, I attempted to wash it down with my Thai iced tea and choked on the pure high fructose corn syrup taste in the back of my throat. It was at this point I gave up and resigned myself to the fact I would be leaving this restaurant unsatisfied and with a slightly queasy stomach. The atmosphere was a 3/5 at best with the service not abysmal but not good either. My water wasn’t filled once and we had to flag the service down multiple times to get our check. If anyone claims this place is good, they either are being held at gunpoint or have never experienced what sushi actually tastes like. Overall we paid $115 to leave feeling slightly sick and filled with regret we ever walked into this establishment.

This is the best sushi place in Chicago imho. Very affordable for ayce sushi, nigiri are very generously portioned, the rolls are almost never rice heavy. I come for the lunch when i want to save some money but dinner buffet is really where its at. I would eat their yellowtail and eel nigiri every day for the rest of my life. If you truly love sushi, or especially if you want to expand your sushi palate, their buffet is perfect for you!!

Some of the better Pork tonkatsu shoyu ramen I’ve had. Japanese curry with chicken katsu was very pleasant too. Sushi rolls were good value with plenty of fish. Will have to try back for the $17.99 all you can eat sushi lunch special. Just as a heads up, there is a 10% discount if cash is used.

Food is good but crowd is wicked crowded, and they declined my request over an hour ago for a reservation. They had plenty of tables open and didnt sit not one person down. They're unorganized. Don't go on the weekends or nights. These high school kids and people illegally drinking beer in the restaurant are nerve wrecking. Then you have to pay an extra $20 just for the high school kids to take the sushi home. Waste of my 1.5 hour drive.

Food used to taste really good. Now, it is just okay to me, and I eat at many similar restaurants. The quality of presentation has taken a dive, specifically the sushi and maki. Used to be a beautiful presentation, particularly on the end pieces. Now, it's like eating mushy rice without anything hardly in the rolls. What happened to the nice end pieces that made it look beautiful? Too expensive for less than what you used to get for the price, and it doesn't look good.

Great food, but they are really strict about the left-over policy for all-you-can-eat sushi. You could get charged for even a little bit of left-over. Service was pretty awful.
