First time ever dining at this type of restaurant. My husband and I really enjoyed the food and service. It was a little overwhelming to gobin blind without knowing what to do. But the staff was kind and answered all of our questions.

We ordered to brother. One spicy and one mild. I usually like spicy food, but had to take a break. The spicy was spicy!💥🔥🔥

For meats we orded wages, garlic chicken, and shrimp. We ordered broccoli and noodles as well.

Very tasty meal and great date night idea.

very aesthetic and authentic hotpot. just got back from China and was craving hotpot and this place tastes like a hotpot place in china. Very helpful workers. 10/10 if you are craving hotpot in the summer!

first time here for hotpot, really enjoyed it here. Vibes are vibing. the meat was really fresh. And the side dishes were good too. Overall my favorite hotpot place at chinatown. And the workers were super nice and helpful when I didn’t know anything. Always come back to check up on us.

Ate here tonight as a table of 3 around 6pm and it was our first time visiting. The food was great and the service made it even better! Ada was our server and she was so thoughtful and helpful. We look forward to visiting again.

Please read before dining here, I really did not want to take it to this extreme but the staff gave me no choice this is the worst dining experience I have ever experienced, I had a bit of an emergency and could not find my waiter so I asked a lady “hey can you tell me where my waiter is” she said no problem I can help I said I would really like to speak to my waiter instead she says no I can wait on you I said okay if he’s busy then can I speak to the manager ? She says I am also the manager I knew instantly she was lying I said may I speak to my original waiter please she says no he don’t speak English meanwhile he spoke perfect English the whole night waiting on us, so I then called her out for lying she started to laugh in my face, finally the original waiter comes back I told him how the lady waitress was lying she’s the manager he apologized and said our manager is not in right now, I then called the next day hoping to speak to the real manager but the same thing happened again! A man answered and him and a bunch of the staff was just laughing joking saying sorry our boss is not here, it is the more immature staff I have ever witnessed I don’t think there is actual manager food wasn’t to good either but the service made the experience a 0

We waited about an hour and a half to be seated on a Saturday night, but it was definitely worth the wait. The food was amazing. However the staff is pretty hands off which was disappointing. They handed us a tablet to place our order with no instructions. We only found out about the sauce bar from the other patrons as that was not explained to us either. And there was an appetizer section with kimchi and other items that we were not made aware of. The food came quickly and everything was delicious, but I just wish we had more guidance in what to actually do instead of us having to figure things out on our own. After we got our food no one even asked us we were ok.
