Shrimp Where Cooked To HARD Wasn't Happy At All
The food is well done and tastes good!
Good food, well seasoned.
The chicken was pretty good no complaints over here prices are reasonable
The food is delicious and costumer service is fast!
I would avoid this place at all cost I really wanted some shrimp I ordered a large Jumbo shrimp and 10 wings it was so nasty I mean both the chicken and shrimp tasted like flour and water. My shrimps or wings where not cleaned before cooking all 10 wings had feathers sticking out from them that had been fried. My shrimp were not deveined. The batter on both the chicken and shrimp haven’t been shifted in days it was so clumpy. I’m so disappointed because I went when they first opened my food was seasoned to perfection and properly prepared. The cook was arguing with a customer because she waited for over 20 minutes for 4 wings. I wasn’t about to be yelled at because energy travels so I just won’t be going back.
Fresh Food! Cakes off the chain. Fantastic Customer Service
Overcharged $30 on a delivery order with the primary meal missing. No contact from the restaurant. Order JJs or Sharks instead. Don't believe the Uber reviews - it's only because of Uber's drivers.
The food tasted good. I ordered a 30pc Shrimp Dinner ($23) and a 3-meat combo dinner (catfish, tilapia & chicken wings - $22). I also ordered a peach cobbler, but it turned out to be a pear cobbler (OMG that was GOOD lol). The portions were well worth the price. The chicken was alright. I didn't too much care for the catfish though. It doesn't taste like catfish. I think they would do better to sell catfish steaks instead of catfish fillets. I think catfish fillets NEVER taste like catfish at ANY restaurant ??. The shrimp was well-breaded, had a good flavor, and THE SHRIMP WAS DEVEINED! Yes! I do, however, think the lemon pepper is a bit salty. So be careful with that if you're monitoring your sodium intake. All-in-all, I would be definitely recommend and would order from here again.
Nobody has any amount of money to spend on catfish that was deep fried so hard, that any semblance of fish meat was no longer. There is a language barrier between the middle eastern order taker and the customer. I asked that my fries be fried well done and not be fried soft. However, my catfish filets are what was fried more than well done. To make matters worse, the Black cook sprinkled so much lemon pepper on the my fish that it was not edible.I never understood why west/South side fast food restaurants choose to sprinkle lemon pepper on chicken/fish, after it has been deep fried/cooked. Ask the customer if they want a heart a attack sprinkled on their food before you cook their food. All black ppl don't eat the same way.I cannot see myself spending another dime in this camp.

Service was TERRIBLE all the reviews are accurate. Prices are inconsistent, ads say one price but they try to charge you another. Customer service is RUDE. I don't know why I bothered buying anything. I didn't buy food I thought I'd be safe just purchasing the peach cobbler but it tasted spoiled and old so I threw it out
The parking lot is well lit and clean; the service needs improvement... The woman behind the counter looked like she was ready to fall asleep...
