From the moment we walked in, Shula's delivered an experience that went far beyond a typical night out. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between elegant and welcoming. The service was exceptional. Every staff member was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely passionate about making the visit memorable. Now, the food—simply outstanding. Every dish tasted crafted with purpose. • Lobster Bisque arrived beautifully plated, with lobster that were bold but balanced. • NY Strip with the lobster Mac & cheese was the highlight of the night: fresh ingredients, perfect seasoning, and a texture that shows real culinary skill. We will visit asap again ‼️
We have been coming to Shulas from year to year as part of our team building and have always had a very pleasant experience.
My husband and I shared an app, entree and mac and cheese with lobster. Our server was knowledgeable and pleasant
Wait staff was “ matter of fact” no warmth... Did a good job over all.... just not a warm and inviting person... I only mention this because the entire party said the same thing
Despite the fact that we paid it, outrageous prices at least if we would’ve gotten decent food, it would’ve been OK. The filet mignon didn’t taste like fillet. We get fillet from Petes market that blows It away. The baked potato was cold.. I would never go there again
Don't understand the reviews here.
The waitress was pushing us out the entire night, the onion soup was warm and bland, a shared tomahawk rib for $125.00 with guest, absolutely slop bucket, again warm and no seasoning at all. Two dipping sauces one was awful the other was disgusting. Sides of cream spinach was a glob of who knows what again warm to cool, asparagus had the entire base still on it was hard to bite and again warm to cool. No wonder the restaurant was not that crowded even though there was a massive convection in town.

Food came before drinks and they charged my a 22% tip for my table of “6” when the 6th person was a 1yr old who didn’t eat anything. Super watery creamy spinach. You can’t call yourself a steakhouse and not execute on creamy spinach.
Shulas used to set the standard. Now its just an overpriced knockoff

I believe every place always has room for improvement. But we had a lovely time and a good dinner.
Loved it. Went for my 20th anniversary and couldn't have been more happy. So friendly from start to finish. Everything was perfect. Food was excellent.
Food was good. Menu was limited. Prices were high. Food took long to come out in an empty restaurant.

Musty smell, overpriced food and wait staff is old and slow. The online menu and the restaurant menu are not the same. Skip this place.

We shared a steak, mushrooms and cream spinach. The steak was excellent. The cream spinach was terrible. Mushrooms were ok. The bread was fair.
The service was excellent, and the food was good, really good but not great and at this price point I would expect great. That's why it's a 4 not a 5. Would go again but there are some better options near by at this price point that are just the best, but it's worth a visit.
Everything was excellent! Perfectly cooked steak, great wine and a delicious crème brûlée!
Good food, but overpriced. $38 for a cauliflower steak? Really? Service was good. The steak was excellent. The salad was overly dressed. There were only four other tables and it was starting to get loud. I think it's silly to charge for a side when the piece of beef is already over $50 and the side costs them $1. I'm not one for steakhouses, so this was a new experience for me.
