Delicious food and generous portions. Very friendly wait staff. A little pricey but it's downtown and a hotel.
The restaurant is located in the Sheraton hotel. Was in for the cubs convention so went to try it out. Had a ribeye baked potato and shrimp cocktail. The steak seemed a bit flavorless and no char. Shrimp cocktail was good standard expectation same with the potato. Overall the service was great awesome waiter but the food was just Mid.
We really enjoyed our dinner the year before and chose to dine at Shula's again this year. We were happy to see the restaurant was very quiet. Our waitress was awesome and put in our order right away. But when we were waiting 45 min late for salmon we asked about our order and they eventually came seared or undercooked. It took another 20 min to actually cook the salmon again. Just was not impressed this year.
I had a very pleasant evening with my daughter. The service from our waiter was excellent, and the food was amazing. Wishing you a wonderful start to the new year. Thank you for the outstanding service.
Fue la peor cena de año nuevo que hemos tenido. La comida estuvo mal, el servicio mal. Jamás habíamos tenido una cena de año nuevo tan mala.
Last meal of 2025 and Shula's didn't disappoint. Maria really took care of us. See you in ‘26!
The server and the food was very good , however management on NyE was very rude and dismissive, We had 2 large parties separate reservations but called in advance to have seating next to one another, the manager agreed, however when we arrived we explained this to the host and she said no my manager decided to not accommodate that, after speaking with the manager he was very dismissive and rude and there was a table clearly next to us set up for our exact party size, they just decided to sit us half way across the room separate!! I would not recommend this place for large parties!!
The window view of the city was nice and our waitress was attentive. My mom enjoyed the crème brûlée and my brother enjoyed his steak and wine. The calamari was mid. The pork chop was tough, the burger was soaked in oil. The chocolate cake portion was very generous, but mid. Extremely overpriced. Tab and tip was almost $500 for 4 adults
Incredible! We had drinks and charcuterie in the Sleigh Bar and it was magical. They did an incredible job with the atmosphere. And they were playing A Muppet Christmas Carol!! Do yourself a favor: get a dirty martini and the gingerbread old fashioned. Husband said it's the best martini he has ever had and the gingerbread old fashioned is going to haunt my dreams for eternity.
We ordered Steak Mary Anne, and it was delicious, but let me tell you, the star of the meal was the chocolate ganache cake!

From the moment we walked in, Shula's delivered an experience that went far beyond a typical night out. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between elegant and welcoming. The service was exceptional. Every staff member was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely passionate about making the visit memorable. Now, the food—simply outstanding. Every dish tasted crafted with purpose. • Lobster Bisque arrived beautifully plated, with lobster that were bold but balanced. • NY Strip with the lobster Mac & cheese was the highlight of the night: fresh ingredients, perfect seasoning, and a texture that shows real culinary skill. We will visit asap again ‼️
We have been coming to Shulas from year to year as part of our team building and have always had a very pleasant experience.
My husband and I shared an app, entree and mac and cheese with lobster. Our server was knowledgeable and pleasant
After a long day of flying and traveling to get here when we checked into the hotel, we went to the steakhouse to just get a quick bite to eat to go upstairs and pass out from exhaustion. The food was great. We had the burgers and fries. It was a very good burger… our service however, left a lot to be desired. The look of utter disappointment on his face when both of us ordered just a cheeseburger and fries at $36 apiece no less and we were not having alcohol. We had a soda and tea was very apparent he I do not recall his name, but he had like a New York or New Jersey accent and he was not a great server. Our experience outside of him was very pleasant.
Wait staff was “ matter of fact” no warmth... Did a good job over all.... just not a warm and inviting person... I only mention this because the entire party said the same thing
