Love the classic Chicago vibe and the tavern pizza is absolutely peak. Lots of TVs to watch sports. Also didn't bat an eye when my dairy-sensitive dining partner wanted a pizza with no cheese, which was very much appreciated.
Came in on Halloween and it was so fun! Great decorations, fun atmosphere, and stupendous food!! We had the pizza bread, split an Anna’s pizza, and a BLT. The thin crust was amazing and I absolutely loved it! Will definitely come again when in Chicago next time.
Went for a show at the Athenaeum Center around the corner and found ourselves here afterwards. No frill spot with delicious chicken wings. They didn’t come with the pickle, but the wings and fries are still phenomenal. Also ordered a tavern style pizza, that surprisingly tasted just as, if not better the next day in the air fryer!
