Came here for a few drinks and appetizers. We had the warm baked pretzels and Brussels sprouts. They were both okay. By the wording of the menu, we were expecting a pretzel and not pretzel bites.
I also ordered the warm chocolate cake which wasn’t what I was expecting but it was really dry and not enjoyable.
The space looks nice and the staff seem nice enough but we were waiting quite a bit for just drinks and apps.

I just left this place today and while the food was okay the service was absolutely horrible and the food was extremely overpriced. The server added items to our order and was extremely slow to return to the table. In addition charging someone $9 for five french fries is absolutely unacceptable. The drinks were good though.

Came for lunch on a Thursday. Were sat promptly, and server showed up at the table shortly. Drinks and food were paced nicely, food quality was very good (fried chicken to bread ratio does seem off but tasted good, and burger was very good, fries were hot and crisp). Atmosphere is slightly upscale, which we liked. Everyone was very friendly. This is a great addition to the South Loop, and we'll definitely return.

My friend and I went on a Fri night to find it wasn't crowded as expected. There is more than enough seats to seat at the bar. The establishment definitely is spacious. It looks to even have space in the back for small events. Some areas of the restaurant/bar is a bit dark but I know that is for the ambiance. We were able to find a seat right away at the bar. There's about 5 large screen TVs near the bar and a few more near the table seating. They have hooks and outlets at the bar. That's a plus. Service was fairly quick upon arrival. I do not recommend the margarita, very sour, but the old fashioned was delish. It did take us a pretty significant time just to get brussel sprouts as an appetizer after we had already received the fries and deviled eggs about 20+ mins prior. I like the open kitchen concept. Being able to see your food being cooked is nice. The fries come with a garlic aioli that is delicious. The deviled eggs have truffle crumbs on top. The eggs were just ok. It's like they were relying on the truffle to be good enough for taste and that wasn't the case. It was just egg mixed with truffle and that wasn't enough flavor. They definitely need to season the eggs as well. Brussel sprouts were marinated and roasted well. I ordered beef short rib and put some of the aioli on that although the beef didn't need it. The short rib was tender and seasoned well. The polenta was creamy. Also had the banana Foster cake and it just wasn't given banana Foster. You tasted no rum. I know it cooks off but I've had banana Foster and this didn't compare. I definitely will come back just for drinks and appetizers and to try the burger.

Have been here 3 times throughout the summer including dine in/ take out both dinner and brunch including today and unfortunately this place needs work. Nervous for Staley’s as it’s the same ownership…
Service - SLOW. It takes 20+ minutes to get a drink at times when the restaurant is empty. Servers NEED training. Was in a group of 6 for a birthday and server never once made sure everyone was cared for. He also lacked knowledge and didn’t recognize being there for a special occasion. If you don’t have a flow or know how to give efficient effective service it’s not a great experience. He also wasn’t busy with other tables. We were baffled.
Food - Inconsistent. Short rib nachos are the best of the menu but last time they had too much salt.
Chicken Sandwich had flavor the first time and today the piece of chicken was so small and flavorless. Everyone commented on how much bread to chicken ratio we had. Some fries were overly crisp and others not cooked enough.
I ordered the falafel sandwich to go once with the sauces / toppings on the side which came on the side in the same container WITHOUT ramekins so everything was liquidy and my sandwich soggy. My fries were also not cooked compared to my boyfriend’s. It was a gross experience and annoying because I was hungry.
The $1 wings are for mini chickens? There’s no meat to enjoy the flavor of the sauce. See photo it’s redic.
The has browns look like the frozen Trader Joe’s or McDonald’s ones…
Bottomless mimosas are a drag because there no carafe and you have to beg the server to recognize you need a refill. Also a $23 espresso martini with reposado is wild. I can order one in the Gold Coast for $17.
If the kitchen and servers had better training this place could improve greatly. We were so looking forward to game days here and multiple people in the group urged me to leave this review. Best of luck!

Hello,
My last visit to Signature Bar was a terrible experience. It took over 20 minutes for someone to bring us water, and when they finally did, the server simply dropped it on the table and walked away without taking our order. By that time, we were more than ready to order, but we had to wait another 15 minutes before anyone returned to take our drink order. It then took another 20 minutes just to receive our drinks. At this point, I was so hungry and frustrated that I had to get up and find the waiter myself. When the food finally arrived, the order was wrong.
Since this experience, I’ve been asked several times if I want to dine at Signature Bar again, and I am wholeheartedly opposed. I’ve shared my experience with others and will continue to do so.
It’s incredibly disappointing, especially since I live within walking distance of the restaurant. As a homeowner in the South Loop, I believe in supporting small businesses, but after this experience, I can’t in good conscience recommend Signature Bar. I’ll be walking by, not stopping in.

Heard they got a solid burger here so that's what I'm tryna see. I grab a seat at the bar and it's not too busy here but the service was mad slow for some reason. Finally got a bartender's attention to make me an Old Fashioned which was a solid 9.0. I ordered their signature burger and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with how good this burger was.... it's low a key well-seasoned and well-prepared burger ngl 9.2. Overall minus the slow customer service place is nice and has ample seating and a nice vibe 8.7.

I Had A few Gold Diggers? The Food Was Tapas Style & Pretty Good. Our Waiter Was VeRy Polite and Knew The Menu and Drinks Well. The Lounge Was Dim and Private With Great Music and Atmosphere. I have Been A couple Times. Nice For Daye Nites Too?

The smash burgers are exceptional—juicy, flavorful and nice crispiness on the edges.
The venue itself is perfect for both casual hangouts and special occasions. The ambiance strikes a great balance between lively and comfortable, with plenty of screens for watching the game and a stylish setting ideal for a date night. The service was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall experience.

There’s no reason this place shouldn’t be busier. Such nice staff such great food 11/10. I just moved to south loop and am so happy I found a place with solid food and drinks and the staff is so sweet.
However, service is extremely slow for a place that’s not packed. I hope this place makes it cause the food and ambience is fab but service is slow as snails even for a simple beer pour and portions are crazy small for the price.

Everybody was very nice, but the food just wasn't very good.
Sweet chili wings were not crisp and the sauce was like corn syrup with chili paste mixed in.
Sliders were nothing special.
Fries were slightly undercooked, but not bad. The sauces (ranch and honey mustard?) added less than plain old ketchup.
The mozzarella foccacia was very disappointing. The texture of the focaccia was like bagged sandwich bread and the toppings had no flavor.
I am a big fan of S.K.Y. and Appolonia and have been to both many times. It is hard to believe this is in the same group of restaurants. It is a shame because this area could really use something other than pizza and Asian places.
