We were seated by the fireplace on a cold winter evening. Very nice atmosphere. Attentive and professional staff. Our server, Martha was great! Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. A wonderful experience all around. Happy New Year

The food was excellent and our server, Maurice, was exceptional. We especially loved the calamari appetizer. Next time we are in Chicago, we'll be back, no doubt about it!

This is a hidden gem in the South Loop, an area missing the wide swath of steak house options like River North. If you're in the hood, this is a must do. It was our second visit. Have to say the service was excellent, the vibe was comfortable and the food was close to outstanding. We ordered the 14 ounce ribeye to share. The photo at their web site in gallery section is an accurate example of what you're getting. We added red wine demi sauce on the side plus garlic mash and crispy Brussels. The steak was cooked as ordered although my wife requested their medium rare err on the side of rare -- the server came back to say the chef wanted us to decide either medium rare or rare. Candidly I think the kitchen should just go with what the customer asked for. You must try the crispy Brussels -- over the top with caramelized flavor. The mash was excellent, the sauce was perfect. We ordered a bottle of Lyric Pinot Noir to go with -- a solid choice. Bourbon caramel peach cobbler was just terrific for dessert. It was a great evening. Our new go-to for a nice night out. Two suggestions for Signature: you might consider ordering taller ribeyes -- as the fat marbling cooks, the steak tends to flatten. A thicker cut would enhance the eating experience. Also suggest the kitchen slice the steak for sharing so we don't have to labor on cutting it up. Second, the seating area is just below the main entrance and every time the front door opened a blast of cold air poured over us. Our food went from hot to cool in a hurry. Suggest some sort of front door cover/awning to cut down on the chill descending on diners. That aside, you must try this wonderful resto on Wabash. Solid value well executed. Solid service. Terrific menu.

Was my 1st time going for the brunch service on 12/21/25. Front door host was pleasant and was quickly seated to our liking. I asked another employee that is a young thin make with big curly hair where was the plates for the service because this was my first time at the restaurant and he rudely pointed and said over there. I looked in that direction and was unable to see the plates. I asked again over there where. And again he rudely said over there. I walked towards the area to find the plates. The food would've been better if items were hot. Everything was lukewarm and not really good. The lemon dessert was very sugary to the point of you can taste the grit of the sugar. Server was polite but had to ask for service from the server. Our water and drinks came after 15min of waiting. Coffee came warm and not very good. I observed the rude employee and a cook behind the line eating food. Rude employee even came out onto the floor with a mouth full of food chewing. I expected better food and service because I've been attempting to reserve but they were always booked. We tried, was very disappointed and would not return. Just an underwhelming experience. Was going to try The Staley which is another restaurant by same owner but after this experience from Signature Steak I'll just pass.

Started with the cauliflower appetizer and knew upon first bite that if everything was this good it would be amazing- and it was! The fried Brussels were also fantastic with crispy bits and honey. Yum! Incredible food, great service! Highly recommend and will return!

The food was okay! I felt the brunch buffet was way over priced . The music was too loud. I didn't like we had to pay for our meal before sat down at our table.

Our second time here and we will make it a third! We celebrated my birthday with an intimate group of friends. We were greeting with a great smile and even greater vibes upon arriving and our server, Martha was outstanding. The personalities of the staff was outgoing and positive and that added to our overall experience. Between the 4 of us we ordered 3 different entrees and we all loved what we ordered in addition to a few apps. They even made some dietary adjustments for us but it didn't impact the overall quality or taste of the food. We loved the fun craft cocktails! They even did a birthday sparkler for me which was a nice and unexpected touch! The background music really matched the overall feel for the restaurant.

Signature Steak's Sunday Brunch was enjoyable. A small but perfect selection of entrees and sides; line moved quickly and food was replenished often. The drink menu was not the best - no single service for Mimosas or Sangrias which are brunch staples. Sundays parking is a nightmare if there is a Bears game - from out of town so did not know that. Tickets are $75 so plan accordingly. Service was excellent; restaurant is lovely. Will be back.

I've lived in the neighborhood for almost 19 years and have been to every restaurant in the area many times. I can honestly say that this was one of the top five meals that I've had. We shared five different dishes and each one was outstanding. I'm excited about this addition to our neighborhood and can't wait to go back.

Service was sporadic...long time before water glasses were refilled and just checking on table in general...due to sesame allergy...my selections were limited...hamburger was good...Mac and cheese really bland devoid of seasonings ...maragita was served in martini glass...highlight were the French Fries!

The food is delicious. Everything we ordered was super tasty and the peach cobbler is out of this world and I'm not a dessert person. Service was lacking and we attributed that to being new staff. The bus staff was incredibly attentive, but the wait person disappeared on us a few occasions and it took a really, really really long time to get our check. Also the music was really loud and didn't fit the ambience that I think they are trying to create. Will definitely go back for a second try.

The staff were awesome, so polite, attentive and knowledgeable. We only had items from the Happy Hour menu but all were very good. They did a great job on their remodel, I would highly recommend! Nice addition to the South Loop

This was an exceptional experience. We had the tuna crispy rice and Oysters Rockefeller to start. Followed by the 10 oz filet with the garlic mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts, and the shrimp scampi pasta. we also had to smoke to maple pecan old fashioned, the smoke maple lemonade and the senorita to cocktail. I wasn't a fan of the smoked lemonade mocktail, but other than that it was an excellent experience.
