Just came here for the happy hour. I had a pino Grigio while I waited for the train to come. I was thinking about coming back for drinks and food but looking at the reviews I’m not too sure.

Leaving a review based on my history with Thalia Spice in River West. I haven’t been to this newer one but was so happy to have discovered it walking in Block 37. Thalia Spice was always a great spot and I can’t imagine this one would be any different. Looking forward to trying it soon!

Simply Thalia is a solid spot if you’re craving a mix of Asian flavors in the Loop. I went for the Pad Thai ($16) and the spicy tuna roll ($12), and both hit the spot. The Pad Thai had that perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and nutty, with plenty of chicken and fresh bean sprouts. The sushi was fresh, with a nice kick.
