I placed a pickup order in person for fries and waited nearly 25 minutes, only to be told my order was just being started. I understand that mix-ups can happen, but the lack of accountability was frustrating; there was no apology, no acknowledgement, and I had to go up to the counter five times just to get an update. I ultimately canceled and requested a refund. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in downtown Chicago and a complete waste of my time.

Worth every penny!!! It is ABSOLUTLY delicious!!! I had the chicken kabobs dinner and my husband had the mixed grill everything was cooked to perfection. Babaganoush was probably the best one I have ever had. We also ordered desserts and drinks we both had baklava latte and it was out of this world delicious. Don’t even think twice just give it a try.

Stopped by for a coffee and was pleasantly surprised by the space. The menu has extensive options for specialty lattes, and the classic latte was smooth and tasty as well. The space is airy and spacious with lots of seating areas, great for relaxing or getting some work done.
