Been trying to call all morning this was my first time eating here I was in a rush because I had work I opened it up in the car I never ordered egg and the egg was cold the bread was over cooked on both sandwiches it was really just a mess this was my first and last time coming

I have had the utmost pleasure meeting the owner turn off this amazing establishment I am inspired and motivated hearing his story map of his early beginnings and how he has made a name for himself and his business as a business owner myself motivated play and I appreciate the contribution Anthony impact that he has made on the culture I have visited his other locations but this one in Hyde Park is home to me like all of his locations HR different in their design all the staff are knowledgeable and helping you make the best decision if it's your first time for your regular I just want to try something new you are greeted with friendly hellos the warm goodbyes every time I go I never want to leave just because that sense of home that sets of belonging set his business apart from other businesses I pray that the owner creates many more businesses and opportunities for others so if you are ever near any of the simple saver locations please go in and be ready for a amazing experience thank you all for taking time out to read my review

Love this shop, its workers, the location, and the vibe, but they are not well trained on how to make mixed lattes. It’s probably been a dozen times in the last 2 years I’ll go in, order a mocha (espresso with steamed milk and chocolate) and they just gave me a hot chocolate with no espresso. This isn’t a language barrier or a communication issue they legit just think a mocha=hot chocolate when they’re 2 different drinks. I don’t wish to sound mean or snobbish, there just needs to be some product uniformity because they all make mochas wildly differently.

A lovely hidden gem in Hyde Park! Folks working here are extremely friendly and cheerful. It gets too loud for me to concentrate on my work sometimes but ultimately it's a great environment to meet people and enjoy some productive time!

Definitely a little on the expensive side, but for good reason. The tuxedo latte was one of the best coffee drinks I've had in the entire city! I absolutely plan to come back next time I'm in the area

Sip and savor, describes itself by the name. High quality foods and amazin hot and cold drinks. Amazing cordial employees always giving you cordially smiled and a good morning greeting. Highly recommend this place!

I ordered the Banana Caramel Latte which is decent. Nothing to really rave about. However - I paid 7.50 for half a cup. There’s nothing in here. It’s more whipped cream than it is drink. Disappointing.
Update to my previous review:
I was contacted by Whitney Hampton and the issue I had yesterday was rectified. Whitney invited me to come back today for my drink to be remade and I must say - it is absolutely delicious. I can taste the banana and caramel in the latte which has so much flavor. The ambience of the establishment is really great as well as the customer service. Highly recommend visiting and highly recommend trying the banana caramel latte. Definitely one of my favorites here and will visit again soon ?
