The coffee cups are so thin. Mine collapsed and I spilled coffee all over myself and my car. Fortunately I had on my coat which was a barrier to protect my clothes. Please invest in sturdier cups.

My favorite coffee shop! But I’ve noticed the drinks got smaller and I wish those breakfast sandwiches were good, I’d be in there daily

We are definitely fans of your coffee shop.. but one person working hard but struggling to fill orders in the morning is not good.. we do not wanna stand around for 40min for one cup of coffee.. Add some help please. We were way ahead of schedule and fell behind after leaving your shop not good..

Walked in here yesterday to meet a friend for coffee I arrived and ordered a large coffee paid and took off my jacket when the young lady says to me oh we are closing in 15 minutes. Then turns off music and says the same to the few customers sitting. I said ok I’m sorry grab my jacket and she asks what blend do you want but says we only have dark roast. I laughed and said not that really but since I already paid I will take it. I wait a few minutes, she gives me the coffee and I go to put in Splenda taking the top off and the coffee is no where near hot, barely even warm. I am furious I just paid about $4.50 for a cold cup of coffee. I put lid back on and I am leaving when I see her looking at me I say to her hey why didn’t you just tell me you are closing and not serving, you gave me a cup of cold coffee, I saw you pump it from the carafe you had to recognize it not hot. She says you want me to microwave it. I just look at her and leave because that’s the most bogus thing. Just say we are closing sorry but you want to punk a frequent customer and dump so old cool coffee on me. Done with this location, again. It’s been other things. Nice way to treat customers.

Thanks for being open on a rainy day and helping me focus on my work instead of the TV. Awesome atmosphere and meeting place. If you are going to be there a while, order a few things. I have not found anything I did not like yet.
The customer traffic flows, be patient, and your order will be up before you know it. Well organized and clean. Headphones are welcome if you don't like the music. Pretty much, just like the weather, if you wait a while, it will change to something you do like.

Great people, yummy drinks, the food left a lot to be desired and ended up going elsewhere. I'm from a different state where there's more hot food options with your coffee so maybe it's a me thing. But that would be a great area to improve on

Today was my first time visiting this place and no one was there but myself at the time and so all I gotta say is turtles move faster than these workers so if you need to get in and out, yea, it’s not gonna happen!

The service was great. The young lady was very polite and professional. I had been eager to visit this beautiful place for a long time. I was in the neighborhood to patronize another business that hadn't opened yet. My sister and I came for the first time and ordered Caramel lattes, and we both thought it tasted okay. The main reason for writing this review is after we sat down to relax and drink our coffee around 10:25 am the young lady who was the cashier politely told us and every other customer individually that the store is closing for a private event and we all need to leave. There were several customers seated, three or 4 men working on their laptops and a gentleman meeting with a young lady are the ones that I can remember. I told the young lady to inform her boss that this is not the way to do business. He should have posted a sign up on the entry door that said we're closing at a particular time so customers could decide to come in or not.
