Sip & Savor | 47th Street - Rosenwald

We have used Sip & Savor to cater several of our corporate events and have always had a great experience. They have a great variety of pastries to cover all dietary restrictions and everyone loves the teas. We will definitely continue to order from them in the future

I went this establishment today and this is my first time. I didn't feel welcome as excepted. I noticed this place had customers and I wanted to give it a chance. When I arrived, I didn't get a welcome in and it was not introducing during the time of looking at the menu. I felt like the young lady who is the barista had an attitude or felt overwhelmed. She didn't came to assist for maybe 5-10 minutes after already being in the establishment. She didn't seem in the mood to answer questions and make the experience worth coming back. It felt like I was getting for her too much work to do. I'm not sure if I wanna support this location anymore. Thumbs down for customer service. I want to support my businesses but it can be questionable with experiences like so.

Hidden gem here and worth traveling to. Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere to work from. Great coffee and excellent service.

We celebrate Black History Month every year by starting our professional learning day at Sip and Savor on 47th St. and Michigan Avenue. The staff is always accommodating, and we always enjoy ourselves. Mr. Trez Pugh always pops in to salute us on our hard work and education, and we in turn applaud him for his efforts to create excellent service and a community atmosphere in his establishment. This is a great partnership and we look forward to continuing to work with Sip and Savor.

There are 3 locations near me. I love this one specifically for ease of parking and the larger footprint. It's a great meet up spot during the weekday because it's quiet and easy to chat or work. ALL Sip and Savor locations have amazing lattes. Pick one and try them all. They are consistent and taste really good. I'm a chai latte with oatmilk fan so that's my go-to when I visit. The baristas are pleasant and will always give you a great recommendation.

I recently ordered 20 sandwich boxes from Sip & Savor for an event, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The order was ready on time, and the service was outstanding. The young lady behind the counter was polite and professional, and the catering team was incredibly helpful and attentive, anticipating the needs of the people I was serving.

What truly stood out was their follow-up—they reached out to ask about my satisfaction with the service and how my event went. That level of care and attention to detail really matters.

I have been to this location just for coffee and a piece of cake (both were delicious!), but this review is about their event rental services. Whitney was so helpful from start to finish and answered my many, many questions! The venue was perfect for my mom’s birthday party and they were so accommodating with our requests. Irene helped the day-of and was so easy to work with. This is a definite recommended spot for private events!

This place is always closed on random days. They say they open until 2pm but there’s been many occasions I’ve visited during business hours and they’ll be closed. No notice or anything. And they never answer the phone. It’s a good place but it’s getting really annoying not being able to go in during their “business hours”

The barista may be having an off morning . This was my first time here my daughter was hungry and we came in here no introduction about the menu or anything you had to figure it out quickly . I had no idea they had food until after I look down on the cashier register. He is working by his self . There was no wait time quoted . I will give it a second chance see if service different on a different day and time .

lots of coffee grounds at the bottom of my $7 coffee. could have saved a couple of bucks + gone to Starucks.
