Sip & Savor | 47th Street - Rosenwald

Sip & Savor serves great coffee. I love to get a double chocolate muffin with mine. The server was very polite and was patient while my sister selected her tea combination-something with hibiscus. She said it was very good. We sat in the very open dining area that has a full street view and television if you like as well. I had not been to this location, and it was a great experience.

This is a nice coffee shop in the community. If I could make one recommendation there needs to be two people always working. The service is great, but sometimes it takes between 15-30 minutes to get one order based on the time you go. I’m
Literally not exaggerating and have gotten in trouble at work for taking so long to come back from this coffee shop. It saddens me to make this comment because the products are great, staff is nice, and it’s such a wonderful part of the community.

Closed at 1 PM on Sunday but online says differently. Please update hours I beg. I walked all the way from the 43rd location m( which was also closed for an event).

This place has great coffee. However this location in specifics needs to change their hours. They are never open when they say they will be and consistently close the store at 12 and this has been occurring for
months. Communities with less traction deserve reliable communication and service and there are a few guesses as to why the Southside sip and savor closes early to become a bar that serves liquor in the evening. Please do better.

Let me start off by saying I appreciate that this place creates a safe environment for the community but that does not allow you to give poor customer service...

Received a sandwich so poorly prepared that my mother refused to eat it.. After returning back to the establishment to ask for a refund I was politely told that I would not be receiving a refund because there is no reason for it.... Now I am here visiting from out of town and I work at several restaurants Jason's deli is one sandwich restaurant as well as cheba Hut which is another and we do not refuse refunds no 1 does especially when it's poorly prepared... As a person that knows food knows customer service and does this for a living.. I would suggest that you do not spend your money here other than coffee don't waste your time.. And just to be clear it was a $12 sandwich and it was a bout 4 and a 1/2 ounces #1345miles

We have used Sip & Savor to cater several of our corporate events and have always had a great experience. They have a great variety of pastries to cover all dietary restrictions and everyone loves the teas. We will definitely continue to order from them in the future

I went this establishment today and this is my first time. I didn't feel welcome as excepted. I noticed this place had customers and I wanted to give it a chance. When I arrived, I didn't get a welcome in and it was not introducing during the time of looking at the menu. I felt like the young lady who is the barista had an attitude or felt overwhelmed. She didn't came to assist for maybe 5-10 minutes after already being in the establishment. She didn't seem in the mood to answer questions and make the experience worth coming back. It felt like I was getting for her too much work to do. I'm not sure if I wanna support this location anymore. Thumbs down for customer service. I want to support my businesses but it can be questionable with experiences like so.

Hidden gem here and worth traveling to. Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere to work from. Great coffee and excellent service.
