Sissy's is my favorite restaurant on the block! I go to school right across the street and it is my to-go restaurant close by. It never gets old, the people are incredible, the service is great, the food is delicious, and the prices are cheap! I highly recommend!

Sissy's is by far my favorite brunch place in the area. The food is just incredible every time. Tamales, empanadas, chilaquiles, sandwiches, chicken tortilla soup, aborrajados, all stellar. And the barista who is there on weekends makes a mean cappuccino too. Service is always great, music is always great, and I seriously can not emphasize enough how much I LOVE this restaurant.
Food was amazing great restaurant & environment to sit down with people take your family for lunch

Best red tamales I have tasted in Chicago! Jibaritos are amazing and pairing it with their chipotle crema takes them to a whole new level. The fries have a delicately crispy coating and taste fantastic. Staff are passionate about their food and customers. And the prices are super reasonable!
We have eaten here several times and everything has been delicious. Cheerful ambiance and attentive service. This time I had the Al Pastor sandwich with a side salad. The tender meat is cooked with little pineapple bits for a zesty, juicy flavor and served on a grilled ciabatta bun. I love their house-made salad dressing, which has a light citrus flavor. A frosty glass of pineapple lemonade went perfectly with this yummy meal. We look forward to returning!

First time here and my fiancé and I were craving Puerto Rican food. The place is in front of North Park and has street parking only! I wanted a jibarito but accidentally ordered the steak sandwich which is on ciabatta bread. Regardless, the sandwich was good and Filipino. I got it with a side of plantain chips which wasn't oily at all. My fiancé got the smoked salmon bagel which is pretty basic but very filling.

Nice neighborhood place across from North Park college. Stopped in and had a breakfast sandwich. It was delicious and the staff was friendly. Looking forward to stopping in again soon.

I had the fruit crepes and they were delicious. They were sweet. The cream was so tasty because the texture was thick.Trust me you should go!!
