GLUTEN FREE GOODNESS with a SMILE right here 🎯 They were very aware of allergies and even took my rice noodles to the back where the water wasn’t cross contaminated! I love places are that aware and knowledgeable! Everyone was good looking and happy. The chicken had amazing flavor! Yum yum!
I can only speak to the Tonkotsu Ramen which is what I got.
Is it the best ramen ever? No. Is the pork belly the highest quality? No, it’s a bit tough. Is it surprisingly good given its location inside a hotel/convention center? Yes. They use real noodles not instant ramen and I liked how the bowl contained a diverse set of nutritious foods like egg, Chinese broccoli, mushrooms, bamboo, and pork.
Service was quite friendly.

The tonkotsu broth was great - loved the poached egg and other items but I would do the “build my own” tonkotsu as the pork was not braised pork belly - it was braised pork loin which was almost dusty it was so dry. The people were nice. I took it to my room or I would have asked them to replace the pork.
