Owner Bob grew up near Carl's Red Hots and derived his inspiration from there, serving fantastic Vienna dogs, polishes, and crisp, well-salted French Fries. Despite being off the beaten path, it remains a popular spot for those seeking authentic Chicago food, including the 1/4 lb. Hot dog special. The place has been around forever and is worth the trip.
