Went to the bar to get a drink and was NEVER serviced. During events they significantly NEED more bartenders PERIOD !!!

This food was amazing. I had ordered online for delivery. I am a trucker so I was going to have it delivered to the truck. The owner immediately called me and let me know that it was a 3rd party who I ordered from and that they didn't use them anymore. He offered to take the order if I came and got it. I agreed. Meanwhile, I had to call Menufy and they had given me grief in order to get my money back. By the time I had walked to the restaurant, the owner called them, fought on my behalf, and my money was back on my card. I ended up paying cash to him. I will always remember him when I come to Chicago. Now let me talk about this amazing Italian beef sandwich. You gotta get it with the hot peppers. It was soooooooo delicious!!!!! Then the nachos, it ain't your Plain Jane nachos. They have the works. You wont be dissatisfied. I am an out of towner picking up a load here and it was worth the walk in the cold! Thanks so much!!!

I ordered through Uber eats, then when I called after waiting 40 minutes they said they ran out of cheese and had cancelled the order, but they didn't I had to call Uber eats to cancel it. Poor service
I ordered through grubhub at 10:53am Order was accepted at 11:02 I didnt get my food until 12:36 I missed my entire lunch break and cant eat until i get off at 3pm Manager called me and wouldnt take responsibility for the late delivery which made me mad.. I have proof of when the order was received. I tracked my order. And screen shot the tracker timeline.. He still didnt want to own up to there mistake.. To make matters worse..
