Food was gross, pizza was old and cold, wings were not cooked right. Never going there again wasted $34, went straight to the trash. 😭

When you need a slice
Great pizza, I'm hosting and wanted the biggest pizza box & the 28 jumbo pizza, pie cut was so worth it. Delicious

Food is hit or miss sometimes it's ok most times it's disgusting yesterday was nasty AF $45 down the drain with more than half a pizza untouched usually a pizza will not survive the night in my house at least now I know where to order when I don't want to share but downfall I don't want it either

This was the first time that I have ordered from this restaurant. Food was a little expensive for what I received but was pretty tasty. The delivery was faster than I had anticipated. My food arrived hot and the delivery man was nice and professional. I will definitely order from The Slice Factory again.

I have one concern after the girl that was working there in the afternoon digged in her nose when we was leaving out after we ate our food and didn't wash her hands afterwards

We order a jumbo Pizza and they charge $81, but they send just 2 slices and we make a claim for the money they charge extra and they never refunded, we try to talk with the manager and they just trasfer the call and end the calls after the 3th transfer call. We decide to make the claim in the bank because they never take the call to resolve this issue.
The costumer service is the worse I never have before. I'll never order here no more. Be aware you can lose your money.
