I came here twice (Sept 7 and Oct 4 2023) to order food and they are closed at 7pm. This location needs to update their hours.

Store was locked with lights off around 8:50pm when store states it doesn’t close until 1am
Their app says open on mondays and they were closed!
Ordered 4 slices of pizza a 15 minute wait so fresh pizza came out I was given 2 old slices as well even though you had a fresh one made you reheated mine and it taste like old pizza spending $30.00 on 4 slices that's how you treat me and you expect we to come back there, it will never happen nor will I ever recommend you to anyone,poor excuse for service .

I ate at the restaurant and the pizza wasn't hot when it came out. The flavor was fine, but nothing special. Also, it's really expensive for what it is. Papa Ray's is way better.

Ordered a lemonade for lunch yesterday, received a cup of someone’s urine. This is highly unacceptable. Everyone will know to NEVER order from the Slice Factory in general.
Love Their Thin Crust..It's Perfect. We also got the Boneless Chicken Wings..Awesome as well!!

Delivery never showed up after 2 hours. I called to cancel my order to obtain a refund but was hung up on instead.
Food put me in the ER with food poisoning. Will be following up with health department.
This was our first visit. We got veggie and supreme slices. The slices are HUGE. We spent $14 for two slices. It’s a bang for the buck. It’s NY style and reminded us of Costco pizza which we love.

Late quick bite/dinner for my 7 yr old after a long afternoon. We ordered a slice of cheese pizza and he couldn't of been happier! He's a picky eater and he gave it 4 stars. The friendly staff was nice enough to cut it up in small pieces. Great for on the go, once in a while, quick bite!

Terrible food is not made fresh, the tenders are a chicken patty sliced into 7 pieces their boneless wings are small pieces of popcorn chicken, I don't even want the free slice they're offering. Save yourself some time and get anything else.
