This is genuinely the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Everyone was so welcoming and seemed passionate about their jobs and the food they serve, and even gave us some free donut samples! They have vegan and vegetarian options, and their food has so much flavor. I also got a matcha and it was so delicious without being too sweet. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Hit up Smack Dab Chicago for brunch on Saturday and it was 🔥. Went for their “Bestest Seller” biscuit sammie—with sausage, cheese, bacon jam, garlic-chive mayo—plus a double‑choc pepita donut and a latte. Set me back around $22. The biscuit was heavenly, the donut was spot‑on, and the latte hit the spot. Super friendly staff, legit chill vibes in Rogers Park. Definitely comin’ back for round two.

The staff were very friendly and very LGBTQIA2S+ friendly. The food looked really good but I was only on the hunt for donuts and they were good not great. Service was friendly and the vibe there was cool too!
