The burgers are good, but not what they used to be. This place has become far too busy to be enjoy. They don’t have the physical space to accommodate any of their patrons. It’s physically impossible to get a pick up order without waiting in the same line with everyone else that is ordering. This is inefficient and frustrating.Furthermore, the staff seems overwhelmed, they were frustrated with me when I asked for help on locating the pickup spot. This used to be my favorite burger in the city, but I don’t think I’ll be spending money there ever again.

Absolutely solid burgers and fries, menu is a bit limited but there's really not much more that they could possibly add.Service is good and fairly quick for both carry out and eat in.My only complaint would be the lack of indoor seating. The patio is expansive but often times I'm not a fan eating outdoors and would gladly take the option of eating inside of it was available.

Go to the Small Cheval in Old Town instead!!!! This one by burger was cold and had no flavor. The fries are even different than the old town location. $47 for 2 burgers and 2 fries-insane!

Really enjoy coming here but was HEAVILY disappointed with the service yesterday 04/07. There was a party of 6 of us in total. We were told that there was no dine in so we went to sit outside at the picnic tables. An employee wiped a table down and opened up an umbrella so we could sit outside during the rain. The rain started to pick up heavy so we decided to go inside and stand by the little bar area they have by the entrance. An employee came around and very rudely told us we were not able to eat inside and had to continue our meal in the heavy rainfall. While in normal circumstances I can agree with the policy but it is completely inconsiderate to expect guests to stand outside and eat a meal in those conditions. Extremely disappointed by the service.

I don't understand the hype. The fries were solid and crispy. But the burger is terrible. The first, second and third bite all felt like I was eating a salt brick. I stopped after the third bite. Super disappointing especially when you spend $17 for a burger and fries.

When you’re in the mood for a no-nonsense, classic burger done right, Small Cheval is the place to go. Their double cheeseburger and fries embody the kind of reliably delicious meal that burger purists search for.The double cheeseburger is a hefty hand-held meal with two beef patties that are cooked until they’re nicely browned, creating a savory crust that locks in the juices. The cheese is melted over each patty, ensuring every bite is as tasty as the last. The bun, soft with a slight toast, holds everything together without stealing the show. The fries are exactly what you want alongside a burger: crispy, salty, and plentiful. They’re the supporting act that effortlessly complements the main event. At Small Cheval, the vibe is casual. It's the kind of laid-back place you’ll feel comfortable in, whether you’re solo or with friends. The staff is friendly, keeping things moving so you get your food hot and fast.Price-wise, Small Cheval offers value that’s as solid as their burgers. You’re getting a substantial meal for a fair price, which is probably why it's always crowdedIn a city with a myriad of burger spots, Small Cheval cuts through the noise by sticking to the basics and doing them exceptionally well. It’s a place that proves a great burger doesn’t need frills—it just needs to be made with care and served up with a side of great fries. That’s Small Cheval’s recipe for success, and it’s definitely a winning one.

Probably one of the best burgers I had. It's a little pricey though. I had to pay extra for every add on. Which I find ridiculous. You gotta go with everything though. It's way different compared to the plain cheese burger. If not...the burger tastes just like five guys...
