My favorite burger spot in the city is normally a good experience. Today not so much. I ordered ahead on the app which said it would take 11-20 minutes to be ready. I order when I’m about 12 minutes away and get a text within 2 mins that my order is ready…great, my fries were cold by the time I got home.
When I got to the counter I was the only one waiting for food. The cashier was taking orders and 3 employees were having a conversation at the pickup window from the kitchen, joking about something. When one finally decided to help customers, she walked over and asked the gentleman who arrived after me for his name on the order. He was kind enough to say I was there first, so I gave my name and he then commented he wanted some ketchup. She served him first before asking me for my name again, which she had forgotten in the time it took to get his ketchup packets.
Both minor things but it just left a bad taste in my mouth. Thankfully, the burger didn’t because it’s still delicious. 3 stars for the cold fries.

I've been wanting to stop here for a while. Finally made it. Glad I did! Very nice neat clean efficient place! Great place to have a lunch or do a little afternoon work on the laptop and grab a bite or a beer. Has a huge outside area. Can't wait to go in the summer and sit out. Here's some photos. Can't wait to get back again!

I was watching college basketball from a lounge in the west loop that didn’t serve food, so I ordered food from this location. The delivery driver was sent to Elmwood Park for some reason, a location 30 minutes from me. Mistakes happen. I cancelled my order and went around the corner because now I was extremely hungry. Without my request, the restaurant submits a reorder even though I wasn’t there and the lounge closed at 9 pm. This is unacceptable.

I placed an order online through their website, unknown to me all their online orders are processed through DoorDash. Delivery person arrives claiming restaurant didn't give them all the bags for the order. Restaurant is on the phone with delivery person claiming delivery person didn't pick up the entire order, asks me to get delivery person to go back to pick up missing items. Delivery person refuses and leaves. Called restaurant directly and was told they will call me back for a resolution. Got a refund from DoorDash but never agreed and just wanted the missing items delivered. Told me since they refunded the order there's nothing else they could do and I would need to place another order for the missing food. Got the second order delivered and it was still incorrect. Tried calling the restaurant several times for some type of resolution and never got a response.
Update: manager of restaurant called me and refunded my order. Would recommend doing pick up staying away from delivery or online orders. Door dash is terrible.

This place used to be great but ever since they changed their fries and burger buns the quality's been on a nosedive. I think at this point its safe to say you'd be better off at global mcdonalds.
