This was my first Jibarito experience so I don't have anything to compare it to, but for my first one, it was excellent. The plantain was crunchy and soft and held together throughout eating the whole thing. The meat was juicy and worked well with all the toppings. I would say that it could have used a little more salt, but that's about all that I would change. The chips complimented the burger quite well too!

WTH?!?! Sooooo good - already planning my next dining experience. My burger patty was crispy AND juicy - how? 🤔 A plantain bun - what? 😮
My only critique was the chips, as they were too crispy for my liking (almost overcooked/burnt), but who cares... The main dish still has me salivating 3 days later. 😋 The puff could've used more meat, but what can I say, I'm a meat eater. 😅
RUN to this establishment and place an order. You will not be disappointed! Trust me. ☺️
