I had by far the worst experience at this place I order online n I got charged almost 40 dollars and I never received my order try to call never got an answer

Literally the worst food I have ever ordered. Ordered the 'create your own comb0 2 meats' I ordered Chicken wings and 1/3 rack of baby back ribs for delivery off of Uber Eats The chicken was so dry and tough and tasteless. The ribs however were like jerky. Literally inedible. For a $20 meal this was completely unacceptable. I have ordered from many places around Chicago and this was by far the worst food I have ever had. Please never order from here.

We did go right before they were closing but it was over priced and not very good I would give them another chance though

Poor service. Showed up and waited 10 minutes to be greeted in a empty restaurant. Good food but terrible management. Do better..

Ordered delivery after driving all the way from Detroit. Food took over an hour. No silverware,no ketchup old donuts food severely cold for some chicken wings and fries then after I said well I'm hungry the food said no and came up. What a waste for $30

charity was such an incredible waitress. Me and my coworkers we’re delighted to have her take care of us. Shes doing so good. The vibes were incredible. Im proud to come to this establishment and have been treated like the kings we are. Keep going charity. We love you and you’re appreciated. You deserve all the blessings that come your way.

I recently ordered an 8 piece wings from the one in Chicago and they were burned to a crisp. When calling to get a replacement of my order the employee condescends that these are “smoked wings.” I know what smoked wings are my dude and there’s a difference between smoked and burned in the fiery pits of your restaurant. Almost broke a crown trying to bite into a flat. Please do not Patron this place!! If you are in Chicago and craving smoked wings go to Fifty/50 like I wish I would’ve done. Like I will seriously have nightmares tonite about the poor bird who had to die and become this terrible food.

Apparently the Smokey Bones in every city sucks. They should really consider closing. I recently ordered an 8 piece wings from the one in Chicago and they were burned to a crisp. When calling to get a replacement of my order the employee condescends that these are “smoked wings.” I know what smoked wings are my dude and there’s a difference between smoked and burned in the fiery pits of your shithole restaurant. Almost broke a crown trying to bite into a flat. Please do not Patron this place!! If you are in Chicago and craving smoked wings go to Fifty/50 like I wish I would’ve done. Like I will seriously have nightmares tonite about the poor bird who had to die and become this terrible food.

The food was ok, The donuts were delicious but Jamaya service today was excellent. Shes so pleasant and polite. Someone you need in customer services doing this difficult time of Covid. Thanks young lady

Beyond disappointed. Both in quality and quantity.Stale garlic bread says it all. For bread to be hard stale it defines the quality of a locale.Ribs were dry and bland in flavor. Wings were average at best. Both seemed like they were made at noon and served at 7pmFire corn was ok. Coleslaw was halfway between vinegar based and cream based. Tasted rancid and felt slimy.Everything was cold. Except the coleslaw it was warm. The cost was the insult to injury. High end BBQ prices for small servings of low quality.I'm guessing that letters 'bbq' = cash cow to some.Instagram ad pulled me in.

Thank you so much for your service I think the name was Miguel. He did orders for our church. He recommended this restaurant as-well through the boxing ministry he is part of.
