Ten stars!! OMGoodness, these ribs were so delicious, moist & tender, my bbq sauce sat on the table untouched - we usually slather ‘em in sauce but there was no need for it. Those ribs were so good they are GONE/we wiped out the entire slab but I’ll take pics next time. And there’ll def. be a “next time” - I live in Tampa! Smoky Soul BBQChicago is so good, I had to ask how to post a review 😂 …just try ‘em, and see. Y’all will sound like me and not even be embarrassed!! This guy!!! Chef Daniel and Ms Constance prepared a wonderful “Man of Honor”meal for my son that just graduated from Navy Boot Camp! A Brazilian /Chicago steakhouse fusion! The meal was magnificent and we went relaxed and fell asleep happier than we have in a long time. 😄. Truly enjoyed every bit of it!! Thank you Chef!!!!!

Had this BBQ cart at Make up show event. We ( group of vendors ) were buying food and corn bread from the cart 2 days in a row.
Just asked for a fork and the guy was trying to be funny and ask for $1. In front of the whole line of other people.
Definetely won’t order a single meal from this cart again with my team.
