The ingredients in my Acaí bowl were not fresh. The blueberries were frozen, the bananas tasted frozen and the acaí mix was watery. It was equal or even less than the store bought ones. Disappointing.

Upon reading my initial review, she reached out, was incredibly kind, and explained what had happened. Telesha and her daughter welcomed me back with a complimentary bowl that was absolutely delicious. Their exceptional customer service and genuine care made all the difference.
