This is no longer Smoque, it's Upper Cut, their sandwich offshoot. The high end Italian Beef was delicious, if a little pricey. A touch of smoke in the meat pairs well with the buttery bread and mild giardiniera.

One of the best pulled pork we had in the recent times. The bread is so soft that it would literally melt in your mouth. Pulled pork with Carolina sauce is a must try along with potato salad.

I purchased a sliced brisket sandwich for lunch August 16th, by 3-4pm I started to feel really sick. Food poison symptoms hit me like a train.

Finally managed to get over to Revival before closing! I have heard a lot about Smoque, and was super excited to see what the buzz is about.I ordered the pulled pork with Memphis and Carolina sauces along with the coleslaw and potato salad. The meat had a good flavor but was very dry, and the slaw had minimal dressing, if any. The potato salad was excellent- I would definitely recommend this! For good measure, I rounded out the trip with a pecan bread pudding after reading some rave reviews. The candied nuts on top were delicious, but the bread was dry and felt a bit bland. The staff was super kind and helpful! Maybe some of the issues with dryness were due to my arriving at the end of the day, so I will definitely give the original location a try as well.
I have no idea about some of these other reviews, but the team here was hitting on all cylinders today. Thursday, August 3rd.I ordered the sliced brisket, open face on white bread with Memphis sauce. I also ordered bread pudding.Heck, maybe I'm just hungry, but put my STAMP on everything. The meat was moist and tasty. The sauce was a perfect compliment, and the bread pudding was so good that I want to use profanity to describe it.Get here!

First time having Smoque and I really enjoyed their pulled pork sandwich with the Carolina sauce. The pecan dessert was also delicious.

Cold food. Maybe there regular restaurant is better- but this one needs some work. Staff didn't offer an insight into options, turned their back until we were ready.
