I made a reservation today for 10:30 (you all open at 10) and tried to go in around 10:15/10:20 and the door was still locked. And there were staff inside and they just stared at us. So upsetting as we were celebrating a special occasion. Never got a call or anything asking about our reservation and had to last minute find somewhere else to go.
We were excited to try this newer addition to our neighborhood. We loved the previous tenant, Carbon Arc. We stopped in late on a Friday hoping for an after dinner drink. We took two seats at the bar. We waited for over 10 minutes while four staff members passed by multiple ignored us. The atmosphere and decor seemed nice but we are unlikely to go back. We left after no one wanted to take our order.

Our latest visit here was extremely disappointing. We had been here once before and had a wonderful meal. We brought some out-of-town guests along with us this time and it was VERY different.
We were told our food would be out in “just a second” by the wait staff, but after a long time waiting, nothing had been brought out. That was not a problem for us, as we were not in a hurry and happy to wait. But when we asked about our food, it arrived 30 seconds later and was all cold. The meat and cheese were dry and the bread was starting to get hard on our sandwiches. It was clear they had forgotten to bring out the food and it had sat under the heat lamp for at least 25 minutes. Instead of making fresh food for us, they just served it lukewarm and hoped we wouldn’t notice. But it was extremely obvious what had happened.
When the manager came by to ask how everything was, we expressed dissatisfaction and he just walked away and did not seem to care. Our waitress came by to ask us the same, and she did take 10% off of our bill. But the food was at least 90% worse than the first time we had it. We would have understood if it was busy in there, but there were a lot of empty tables as far as we could tell. We will not be back.

Went for dinner with a party of 5 a couple of week ago. I will start off by saying that the service was excellent and the vibe of the restaurant was classy. However, the food ranged from average to disappointing. We got a truffle mac and cheese app (which as of the writing of this review is no longer on the menu), which was really really lacking in cheese and was more like watered-down alfredo sauce. Also got one pan-seared chicken which was probably the smallest chicken I have gotten at a restaurant like this, especially considering the price. Finally, we got two smash burgers that were so dry that they had to be remade. Luckily they came out much better the second time, but still unfortunate to happen.
Again, the service was excellent and they were understanding of the issues. However, with many good restaurants near by, this does not make me want to return.

I had high hopes for Sojourn, but unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite meet expectations. A group of friends and I visited on Sunday (9/29) as part of our monthly Supper Club. We had made reservations weeks in advance, but upon arriving, we were informed that the restaurant was out of about half the menu due to an event over the weekend. I understand that things like this can happen, but it was still disappointing to have such limited options. I had been eyeing the poke bowl and truffle mac n cheese, but both were unavailable.
We started with the Burrata, which was delicious and definitely the highlight of the meal. I also ordered the Strawberry Basil Cocktail, which I enjoyed, but my friends weren’t thrilled with their drink choices and wished they had gone with mine. For the entree, three of us ordered the burger, but unfortunately, it fell flat. It looked great in the photos online, but tasted bland and uninspired. The fries, on the other hand, were crispy and flavorful. One of my friends had the Kale-Quinoa Caesar Salad, but she said the kale leaves were too hard and crispy for her liking.
We ended the meal with the chocolate chip cookie dough pudding, which was good but could have used more cookie dough mixed in to really elevate it.
Overall, we left feeling underwhelmed. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but with so many items unavailable and the food not quite meeting our expectations, we’re not in a hurry to return anytime soon. Hopefully, it was just an off night for them!

Came here for dinner before a movie- Everything was so good- the bartender or maybe the manager was so nice and welcoming- Thanked me for calling to say I was going to be late for my reservation- the hummus was amazing- and the smash burger was so good! I’ll be back for sure.

*Skip to the end for the conclusion*
This was my first time ordering from this place and it was for take out for the movies right beside it.
I was confused on the whole procedure but what I did was I scheduled a reservation for the movie time as I saw no other option.
I knew I had to arrive early to avoid and delays/confusions. Rightfully, I was right as they were glad I informed them about it as it did not show up on the machines or something.
Anyways, I was a bit early so all is well.

Where my experience differ was the takeout. I was expecting the food to be in a tray or something much more accessible for the movies as they do in AMC. Instead, they did the typical takeout food in a stapled bag.
I did not think much until I saw other patrons come to the movies with a black tray instead of a stapled paper bag. Also, they did not include any napkins or condiments so that was a little disappointing but nonetheless the food was good.
I'm not sure if It was because I didn't tip for a takeout order that I picked up but yeah nothing too bad.
I recommend to the staff to make the food more theater/friendly accessible like how they do in AMC.
