The service was great. The individual who took my order was so friendly and helpful! And the coffee was delicious
The Americano is just water, it doesn’t taste like coffee.

Nice place, a lot of people in line.
I tried turkey sandwich and i would say 3/5, too much leafs and not a lot of sandwich it self. And tried pistachio croissant which was great 5/5.
Overall recommend, if you are ready to stay in line and pay little bit extra.

Enjoyed a perfect cup of coffee plus a huge pistachio croissant. Delish! The line moves very quick - plenty of seats inside & outside.

Walked over from the Lincoln Park Zoo. Not too far on a sunny day. Ordered eggs and truffles on a croissant and a tuna melt on a croissant. Both were served with a little sode salad. Washed it down with a couple of lattes. We were joined by the local wildlife.

Stopped by Soloway Coffee and loved it! The coffee was rich and perfectly brewed, and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed—great for working or catching up with friends. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the visit even better. Definitely my new go-to coffee spot in the area!

Super cute cafe with interesting drinks and food. This time we only got to try some pastries and none of the savory things but all sounded delicious. The guy taking the order helped me pick one- kyiv cake which was so good. Not too sweet and very nutty which both me and my husband enjoyed. We will be back for more!!!

“Upon entering this establishment, I was met with the rich perfume of roasted beans, whose fragrance did seem to stir the very soul ☕✨. The draught they served me was dark as midnight upon the lake, yet it bore within it a warmth akin to the hearth in winter’s deepest hour 🌙🔥. Each sip summoned visions—iron bridges stretching over restless waters, the great towers of the city casting their solemn watch against the heavens 🏙️🌊. Even the humble pastry, golden and fragile, crumbled upon the tongue as though it were spun from the morning sun itself 🥐🌞. Verily, Chicago shall be known not only for its mighty industry, but also for such cups as these. Five stars, and may posterity take note.”

Drop everything you're doing, go to Soloway and get shakshouka and a cortado. Thank me later.
The shakshouka was fresh, tasty, and served with amazingly crispy bread. My cortado had hardly any bitter or acidic notes, it was just nutty and bright and exactly what I needed before work! Also shoutout to whichever barista managed to put fancy art in my tiny lil cortado 🤯
Go to Soloway! Now! They even have a lil takeout windows for people sitting outside! What else do I need to say?!
