Can someone please explain to me why the Chipotle potato cheddar cheese soup has no potatoes in it at all? This is the second time I've gotten a bowl of it hoping that the second time it would actually have potatoes somewhere in that pot of soup but nope nothing. WTH?

I work near this Sopraffina location & have been a long time customer. Let me first say that your food is amazing! My issue is with the early morning breakfast crew in the area where the bacon, eggs, etc. are located. When I come in I go towards the back area for breakfast. There are usually 2-3 employees preparing the breakfast burritos, removing items out the oven, etc. I’m a very understanding person. However as of late I stand there for about 3-5mins (with no other customers standing there) before the employees ask me what I want. I think it’s ridiculous seeing as it is 2-3 of them and they all act is if they don’t see me standing there. Not to mention most customers coming in that early are headed to work & have no time to waste. It’s rude, insulting & shows just how much they don’t like their jobs. Yesterday was the last straw for me. I will take my business elsewhere to a restaurant where the employees are more than happy to assist their customers. If this happens more with other customers, you all risk losing more customers. I am big on great customer service. The employees in the back need to work with more of a sense of urgency & obviously need a customer service class. I’m very disappointed & will no longer support this restaurant.

This place is such a well oiled machine, I’m baffled by how well and quickly they can execute with consistent, quality food. The entire staff if friendly with customers and each other. Happy to have this place as my go-to lunch spot when in the office!

We were here for breakfast. Ordered custom omelette and and few other breakfast. It was well done and cooked tonight level. Customer service was pretty good. The lady at the coffee bar helped me choose the best tea. Nice inside seating or the outside seating. Loved it

Horrible customer service, there is a woman that I ask her a question, and she answered me with a bad attitude. She was so rude at me, her name is Jeny, she even told me bad words in spanish, i just want to let you know because of her, I'm not coming back to this place.

The food is fresh, flavorful, and the portions are generous for the price! I got bread with my meal (already eaten!) and everything hit the spot. They offer a great variety for lunch. A lot of people opted in for a salad—must be good (not me lol)
It’s set up cafeteria-style: you order at the counter, food’s made fresh in front of you, and you pay when you’re done. The space has a cozy, welcoming vibe with plenty of seating—inside, by the window, and outside in the shade.
The staff is friendly, which I appreciated as someone more on the quiet side. I’ll definitely be back.

You order like a cafeteria: different lines to order different food, then you buy the food at the cash register, and fill up your drinks at the fountain drink machine. It has plenty of seating and a huge menu. I wholeheartedly recommend if you're ever in the area.

My husband & I went the other day for lunch. Esteban took great care of us. He explained in detail the menu & recommended some menu items. His attitude was so refreshing and sweet that we had not had a server like this before. The food was delicious & comforting. Will definitely be back soon & would love to have Esteban take care of us again!

I stopped in for a quick cappuccino and ended up grabbing some food. I am so happy that I did. An amazing pick me up to start my day and the cashier gave great customer service. I believe his name was Estebane ! I can’t wait to return!
