Soups & Scoops is a charming little spot with a great mix of comfort and fun. The soups are hearty and flavorful — perfect for a chilly day — and the ice cream is rich, creamy, and full of creative flavors. The staff are friendly and always willing to offer samples or suggestions. The place has a cozy, hometown vibe that makes you want to come back. My only small gripe is that seating can be limited during peak times. Otherwise, it’s a delightful spot for a satisfying meal and a sweet treat!

I ordered black bean pumpkin chili- since I am vegetarian my experience with black bean pumpkin bases do not include meat. Grubhub delivered to the wrong address so when I finally hunted down my lunch it was cold and contained meat, so I could not eat it. When I called soup & scoops to let them know they should be more specific on their menu and about the 12$ cold lunch I could not eat she told me to hold on put the phone down and went about her business leaving me sit there for several minutes. I hung up because clearly they don’t care about their customers or try to make things right. I will make sure not to give them anymore business and make sure everyone in our neighborhood knows about my experience and their lack of concern.

Sandwiches (all sandwiches were toasted to perfection and were amazing. The young man making the sandwiches was doing work in that kitchen 😁
They have a thanksgiving sandwich 10/10
Ham and Swiss 10/10
Buffalo chicken 10/10 (they just need a blue cheese dipping sauce)

This seems more like a soup place versus ice cream (I only tried the ice cream). It wasn’t very good and the place was insanely hot inside.
Very disappointed. I bought soup and it was given to me lukewarm because they thought it was to go. I’ve never bought soup anywhere that served it cold because they thought you weren’t dining in! Nice of them to offer to microwave it for me. 🙄 I wanted a sandwich too. No bread! How does a sandwich shop run out of bread?? The soup was disappointing. The navy bead soup is full of meat but the flavor was bland! It took 2 packs of oyster crackers to give it flavor. Chicken and wild rice was even more bland. That took 3 packs of oyster crackers!
So to summarize, soup served cold and bland as hell that required lots of oyster crackers, no sandwiches because there’s no bread (WTF?), and no ice cream. It’s called Soup & Scoops and the soup sucks and there’s no scoops! So just ask for crackers. Probably the only thing they can’t screw up. Hard pass. I’m going to Panera Bread next time where the soup isn’t bland or served cold for carry-out or dine-in, and they don’t run completely out of bread!
Kid-friendliness: Nothing here that would interest a kid. If the soup sucks that much, then I have no confidence the sandwiches will be any better.

It’s hit or miss but the price is definitely up charged IMO. The first time I went here, I got a chicken pesto sandwich that was fresh and pretty freaking delicious. Wasn’t super happy about paying $16 for a sandwich that doesn’t include any chips or drink but it was good enough that I wasn’t too upset. The second time, I got the same thing but the bread was barely toasted, the chicken was gummy and it was just a sad quality overall. Probably won’t be trying this place out again.

Horrible customer service. I order two soups and only received one. I called about it and they were very unprofessional about it and told me to call Grubhub. I called back and he said that they didn't actually have that soup, but they didn't bother to call me about a substitute. I had to order from somewhere else to complete my meal for me and son. Never going back.
Today 01/27/2025 the lady who’s working in this shop morning shift she’s so mean , not respectful at all .
Don’t even try to visit this place 😡

Expectations / Reality. I do not recommend.
This is a regular sandwich that you can make at home, but not for $20.

Good soup but the hours are listed wrong. They stop selling food at 4:30 which was a major disappointment. They refused to sell soup after 4:30 despite advertising 5:00.
Had the best crab and corn soup!
