Neat dive bar in the south loop. Nice selection of beer and cider on tap and in bottles, although pricey at $9. Fresh popcorn is served to enjoy while the many sporting options are on tv. Friendly staff, will come back to try the Greek burger and wings.
I forget the Server's name, I'm so horrible with names, but she's an RMU student, I'm an alumni. Her favorite dish was superb and she was wonderful. South loop club used to be my Thursday night dining spot after a movie and before hitting the Cotton Club up for the remainder of my evening. It felt good being able to go back and fiod and staff are just as great as they were back then!
Stumbled on this place while visiting Chicago and taking a break from the warm temps. Alt style college bar buy welcoming to all ages of music lover. Very chill spot. The staff were friendly and informative. Great beer selection. I chose the Scarlet Fire by Tight head. A lovely amber with chocolate nutty hints and a buttery finish. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting
