Great customer service and the even better food. A bit pricey, but you do get a good amount of fish for the price (enough for three people.) There's no combos or anything like that. There doesn't seem to be any included fries (although he offered crackers.) Fish is battered and fried fresh. Took about five minutes to deep fry and get it to me. Comes out perfectly dry and the oil looks/tastes clean for the most part. They have a few homemade sauces as well (don't think they have tartar, just BBQ, hotsauce and mild sauce.) Makes me miss the tartar sauce mixed with butter that they have at another place. Should honestly be getting more business than they do especially since the guy working there is pretty chill.

Best shrimp in the south side and best service. Seen an old man with shoe laces 3 feet long trip and fall on his wrist. The staff stopped what they were doing to help this man up. Phenomenal service and even better tasting food !
The shrimp are fresh and fried to perfection with the even tails taken off. Great size and the homemade sauces complement the shrimp perfectly. Chicago style is the best

My family tried to visit the other night and the door was locked. We called to see if they were still open where the employee stated “yeah I was probably in back taking a s***” - a wonderful thing to hear when trying to order food. After voicing our displeasure with the unprofessional discourse we were greeted with laughs and disrespect. To make things even richer, we received a call the next day on our MOBILE PHONE from this employee who proceeded to taunt and harass us. I will say this has been the most displeasurable experience we’ve ever received and we’ve been longtime customers. We won’t be visiting this location ever again. Good riddance.
