I ordered a $16 steak burrito for delivery. When the package showed up it seemed a little light. I opened it up and found that my burrito had basically nothing in it. Just so you can see, I picked out EVERY SPECK of meat from the burrito, piled it on a plate next to a quarter, and took the attached picture. Here's my recommendation about Southshore BBQ: run screaming in any direction that will take you far away from this dumpster fire of a restaurant.

The most disgusting meal I've had. I ordered 2 large tips. One lrg Comes with 6 tips. Just looking at the food makes u want to throw it in the trash. The taste ????Don’t waste ur time or money.

Their jerk chicken is amazing. However, I tried something else on the menu that I couldn't even finish. The chicken alfredo was not really edible. Overcooked pasta, minced up chicken all in a while sauce. There was no hit of cheese anywhere. Just soupy white sauce with no flavor and huge pieces of broccoli.

When they first open a couple years ago it was good but whoever in there cooking need to be fired immediately!!!!!! I’ve never got pieces of meat this small in my life, I don’t even want to start on the “rice and peas” and the “jerk sauce” you have to pay extra for is worthiscier sauce ????and I paid for two bottles of water I never received. Never again

My fiancé got dinner for us anndddd we couldn’t enjoy it because it was Served uncooked. My chicken was literally dripping of blood. His wings were undone after he warmed them in the air fryer twice!!! I’m so disappointed the food has never been this bad before. Luckily I didn’t bite into the chicken but unfortunately my fiancé bit two bites of his wing. This is unacceptable!!!

Just ordered off DoorDash not pleased not whatsoever missing soda and then they provided a substitute that I did not approve. I don’t even eat cabbage. They could’ve refunded me my money and now I’m going to the nail with DoorDash just to get refunded.

U wait a Lil bit for some delicious food. Its fresh and worth the wait because it's cooked to order. I love that! The lady at the front of house is so thorough. She made sure I had shrimp in my Alfredo before the food even touched my hand. That's great customer service and it's black owned!!!@
