Law enforcement just came to my door and served me with a subpoena involving your company. I’m trying to understand the nature of the request and what role—if any—I’m expected to play. I’d appreciate clarification as soon as possible so I can respond appropriately.

Been trying to reach both Chicago and Philadelphia SPIN offices—phones just ring and ring. No callbacks, no answers. If anyone from either location sees this, please follow up. This is time-sensitive and I’ve already been served.

(THIS WAS WHEN I VISITED BACK IN SEPTEMBER)
WAS 4 STARS OVERALL WITH FOOD, SERVICE, AND ATMOSPHERE.

I visited SPiN Chicago recently, mainly because of a great experience I had at SPiN Philadelphia back in May. I first came across SPiN during an event on the rooftop terrace in Philly, and the energy there was fantastic—fun table tennis, a lively bar and restaurant vibe, and a great atmosphere for socializing.

What really stood out in Philly was the hospitality. There was a staff member—possibly a manager—wearing a red and white trucker hat who made a lasting impression. He was friendly, efficient, and handled everything from food and drinks to badges with ease. His customer service was genuinely impressive and made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming.

So naturally, when I found myself in Chicago, I wanted to check out SPiN there too, hoping for a similar vibe. The venue is spacious and has a lot going for it in terms of entertainment and layout. But the customer service didn’t quite match what I experienced in Philly. It was fine, but lacked that extra layer of warmth and attentiveness that made the Philly visit so memorable.

SPiN is a great concept overall—perfect for groups, parties, or anyone looking for a fun, active night out. I just wish the Chicago location had that same spark I found in Philly.

Always a fun time at Spin. Great food, service, drinks and atmosphere. The Friday night tournament is always a good time and encourages newer players to participate. Shout-out to MC Andy and the Pros (Palina and Eric) for making it fun.

Ping Pong, drinks and food all in one place. Great place for events and for friends to have some fun. Forest Gump would have loved this place. You have some other table games you can play like connect four and of course the video game pong. The food is bar type food like pizza, dips and appetizers.

I’d visited Spin when they had an Austin location and was excited to find one in Chicago. I made a reservation for my group and they had a late night special for $10, which was a win. When we arrived it looked pretty deserted so we were hesitant but to our surprise the fun is upstairs. It wasn’t packed, which is great and they had a great DJ. We ordered beer and played several rounds of ping pong, which was the intent. They serve food but we’d eaten prior to, so no comments there.
It’s a fun environment, that brings the kid out in all of us - I’d absolutely return.

As far as I could tell no gluten free food options. Server checked and fries were in same fryer as gluten containing fried items so that was a no-go. Pretty cheap to rent a table for an hour. If you're ok eating gluten or just getting drinks, it would be a fun date night or office get together.

Our group went somewhat early in the evening on a weekday and there we were one of the only people there. I don't know if it gets busier later at night or on weekends, but I'd recommend booking a reservation just in case.
