Very small little place, the food is good and the pastries are very good as well. Tried the key lime pie since it seemed to be the most liked but it was not for me. Took some ham and cheddar scones home because they were very yummy and one had a hair baked into it so that wasn’t very cool. Was able to see the kitchen while waiting for my food and nobody that was cooking had any kind of hair protection on other than a bandana so I’m not really surprised there was hair in the food.

Went here for a casual Saturday brunch. You wait in line to order and then can take your food to go or find a seat in the cafe. The cafe is small but they way they pace orders meant we were able to find somewhere to sit after ordering. Cinnamon roll was so good! And the Smoked salmon bialy was incredible!

Got carry out: key lime pie and strata.The key lime pie was outstanding. It was perfectly tart and sweet without sucking at the corners of your mouth with an abundance of acidity, like so many lesser key lime pies.The strata was so good that I'm experimenting with my own.Vegetarian options: Almost the entire menu is vegetarian.

Amazing service and amazing food! Was visiting friends in Humboldt Park and so many people said to check this place out. They have breakfast, coffee, lunch and food desserts. I also found out that they recently donated to One Tail At A Times silent auction so I’ll definitely be back!
