Wouldn’t accept any of my credit cards regardless of brand or whether it was inserted or tapped.

It tastes like a grocery store cupcake. . . For $7
We visited here twice this past weekend! Their cupcakes are just the best. The lemon limited edition one had lemon goo inside with moist cake on the outside. The Pride limited edition had confetti inside with strawberry cake- it was delicious. The red velvet is perfect.
Excellent cupcakes.
This Sprinkles bakery franchise is located on E Walton Street and are open from 10am to 9pm daily. They have a unique cupcake ATM setup outside and two easy to use, self-order screens inside for you to place orders. Cupcakes can be purchased individually or in sets packaged for take-away and brought to the counter shortly after ordering. We recently tried their Triple Cinnamon and were very impressed. The cupcake was soft, nice smooth cake texture, delicious taste and just the right amount of icing. Wow that was good, left us disappointed to have only purchased just one. In the end, neither of us are usually fans of cupcakes but this one was just great. We'd gladly return to pick up more cupcakes from Sprinkles in Chicago based on this experience and will now keep a look out for their sister branches around the country during future trips to the States.
Love the cupcakes, was going to get one for my mom's birthday, but it was empty. ?
I used to love the taste of Sprinkles cupcakes in the time when they first opened, now 12 years later I ordered them again and they tasted not good, cake was dry and frosting is just ok. I feel like the texture of the cake is so different than before and tastes more like a cheap cucake that you can buy in a store. I even think the store-bought ones are better, more moist at least. Don’t think i will buy again!
They're a little too sweet for my taste.. My lil nephews liked them

Oh no! I’m afraid these aren’t Sprinkles cupcakes at all. Unless they’ve sold out. They don’t look like Sprinkles and they don’t taste like Sprinkles. They are OK for airport cupcakes but definitely not the real thing. ?
Pretty good for airport cupcakes. Picked up three for my husband for his birthday. Still plenty moist cake.
Fine cupcake but the machine played the most insane jingle I've ever heard in my life for like 2 minutes after I purchased it.
wow...what a change, these used to my favorite. So much smaller than they used to, amount of icing way less and inconsistent flavor. Waited over an hour for the cupcake ATM to be loaded only to be disappointed by expensive subpar cupcakes. Never again, Chicago used to have an awesome product its to bad.
Tried the Red Velvet at the airport in Chicago. I thought it was super yummy. Liked the icing tasted homemade, buttery not lardy. Was fresh but ate it right away would think it could go stale if left to long. Would buy again.
