Food was totally disgusting, bland, cold & absolutely no presentation! The meatloaf looked like Alpo. The name is country kitchen but they had to microwave my cold food!! #DontWasteYourTime #Ugh Customer service was phenomenal, they just need some seasoned chefs to season the darn food.

This is my and my husbands first time coming here. i just want to say that is was the best experience ive had. right from the greeting and guidance to the line to the servers and to the hostess. this is truly an amazing place to come to. the food is great and the staff is amazing. friendly thoughtful and very attentive. now i see why the line is always long it is worth the wait. most definitely will return. thank you

First of all let me say.. I came in yesterday really so tired from work.. I ordered my food to go and had to tell my guards NOT TODAY OKAY.. I just needed 10 minutes to eat. Juice ended up spilling all over my clothes from the greens which to me just meant they made my plate the way it was supposed to be maddeeeee.. but i was still working.. & do yall know the employees seen me thru the window cleaning my clothes off & remade my entire plate. wrapped it in plastic.. They are AMAZING.. I never witnessed just pure love for what they do. She didn’t have to remake my food or even give me anything since i left out the door already..food was AMAZING.. My man waited until i went to sleep to finish my plate 🤣🤣🤣🤣 ( he know i don’t play about my soul food) Will be back for Sunday dinner

The new furniture in here really gives this place an extra awesome blessed atmosphere that it already had. Sheba was my server today and she was on point. I had the fried catfish and I didn't need hot sauce for it. Stop by you won't be disappointed.

What an excellent experience enjoying a nice meal with my daughter and grandchildren. The food was excellent and cook to perfections. It's hard to find a good soul food restaurant and St. Rest #2 Country Kitchen is right in the neighbor, and is highly recommended for casual and family dining. Will definitely be back soon.
