They served a $16 glass of flat Prosecco and lied about it being from a fresh bottle.

Terrible food ordering system through a QR code. Kept giving errors and then added food to my bill I didn’t order. Tables were dirty because they try to operate like a fast food restaurant with no dedicated table waitress. Salad was not good. The crispy chicken was cold and the bacon was burn and inedible.

Terrible POS system that does not allow splitting a bill online, very confusing you have to order food online there are no servers, just food runners, when trying to place an order online the order won’t go through and can give errors

A typical airport eatery. Not a huge selection, but the Hotdog was good. You shouldn’t be hungry after it. My bartender. Alberto, was on top of things & I didn’t need to worry about being unseen. Make sure to say hi to him.

It’s a drinks only type of place.

I’ll give credit to the fries. Those were passable. No to the chicken sandwich. Honestly find a spot that you can get a couple protein shakes to satiate your hunger.

For an airport bar and grill, it’s a winner.

Probably the worst Chicago dog I've ever had. Poor quality beef hot dog, no celery salt, no pickle, no poppy seed bun. What a disgrace to the Chicago hot dog. They also only had 2 terrible options for a salad dressing. Will not be back. I do not recommend.

Not good. I don't like McDonalds but there is one like 20 ft. away. You should go there instead. The only item I can sort of recommend is the Chicago dog. But if you want a good Chicago dog, go to one the places that looks like a deli. Or have one from a street vender before you get to the airport.

Had breakfast here while waiting for a flight. Options were limited in the terminal I was in, but this was the only place I found serving an actual breakfast. You order online via a QR code. There are only a few dishes to choose from. That being said, the food came out relatively quickly and cooked to order. Flavor was what I would expect out of an airport eatery. The servers only really bring out your drinks and food. They were pretty hard to find if you needed something. If you're at ORD, and are in need of breakfast, this is a solid option over fast food.

I have not had a worse omelette anywhere else, even served on a plane. Needless to say, I did not finish it - first time this happened to me.

Great restaurant at least for breakfast. You have to order online but while you do, they will speed up the food. The place was clean and comfortable with an interesting atmosphere.

This is the pinnacle of a restaurant that doesn’t care. They took away the menu. They have almost no waitresses. It’s Paper plates, paper bowls, and plastic Dixie cups. Your only other choice is Chilis on the other side which is just as pathetic or fat Donald’s. The chicken sandwich was the size of a used to be cheap mcChicken. The chili was ok.

Have been here multiple times when traveling, and always happy with the food and service. Today was the best though as the staff were all just unbelievably friendly and proactive. Hot dog is always good but had ‘Cheli’s chili’ for the first time and it was delicious. Definitely will be back and recommend 100%.

Undrinkable level bad bloody Mary’s. Not sure what “mix” they use, but at least make my ripoff of a drink consumable when you are ripping me off.

Stupid ordering system with little interaction, resulting in dirty tables.

Chicken sandwich was a cafeteria puck and pastrami was tough and roughly thrown together. Not that there are any other options, in the terminal, but this is criminally bad and a ripoff.

Not worth the risk.
