My sister and I were in there on Friday October 10, 2025 and we were both charged for 2 meals. The waiter, Antonio was extremely rude and refused to refund one of our charges. Spoke to the manager, and he was no help either. Be careful when you order through the scan code! Terrible experience.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Absolutely disgusting. Do not even bother eating here the burgers are definitely frozen patty’s that have been sitting under a heat lamp. My cheese wasn’t even melted and the bun was hard as a rock. I wish I didn’t have to pay for this. I ate a little bit of the fries and two bites of the burger before I realized how gross. Praying my grandmother and I don’t get food poisonings

The waitress was incredibly rude. I sat down to try to order a beer, you have to scan the qr code with your phone to order anything. I tried to do that but it kept having an error, and waitress yelled at me that I have to try again. I kept trying, but she kept getting madder and more irritated. I ended up just going somewhere else because she refused to help, and her attitude was awful.

Food was horrible. Had to send it back. Didn’t match the photos online. Didn’t have any football on a Sunday because they couldn’t find it. It’s a sports bar. Unacceptable.

Abysmal service. Was informed our wait for food would be 45 minutes. Okay, not great but I️ get it. Then 25 mins in they say “the kitchen said we can’t make that”. Like are you serious? You know our meal would take 45 minutes but didn’t notice you didn’t have things to make it? Tried to order something else, also unavailable.

Good luck finding a seat, or a clean table. Disgusting. The online ordering and payment system is the worst experience ever. Just let me order from a human. On top of that they won't take airline food vouchers.
I walked out and went to Chili's. Worst airport restaurant I've ever been to hands down.

Food was absolutely horrible and drinks were no better. If you're coming through, just go to the McDonald's instead.
Service was fast even for a holiday weekend. Shoutout to the tall server with glasses working Labor Day weekend who kept my lost bag safe until I returned to O’Hare from my trip!!! 10 out of 5 stars

Even though I enjoyed the food, the service was below sub-par. The waitress ignored us for the most part. We ordered water and never received our drinks. The tables around us had ordered soda and alcohol. It seemed busy, but still unprofessional. We tried to order an appetizer, but she said it would be 40 minutes. While we didn't order it, the table next to us got it within minutes. Even though we enjoyed the food, we will unlikely be coming back.
