I am writing this to report the appalling situation I experienced this morning at the Fairbanks and Erie location. I deeply respect the policies of every business, but I cannot tolerate the lack of humanity that is so characteristic of the employees at this location. I went in to buy my breakfast and there was a man asking customers for coffee (not money, coffee). The employees started yelling at him to leave (shouting)! All the customers ignored him, and when I said, “I'll buy you a coffee,” and took out my wallet to give him a bill, the employees got angry, and a Brandon? said to me, “Ma'am, that's not allowed here!”
I replied that the man already had enough money to pay for a coffee. Before leaving, I asked Brandon, “Never tell a customer what to do with their own money.” He replied, “Those are company policies!” “Fine,” I said, “but now this man is a customer! He wasn't asking for money; he was just asking for a coffee! He's hungry!” Where has compassion gone? What if Jesus had come in asking for a piece of bread? Would they have chased him away like a leper? Shame on you, Stans!

Nice friendly place, cool mid-century modern look, cool neon sign, but donuts are just ok. That's a drag, but maybe you’ll do better than me. Could have been just an off day for me and/or them.

Would not let an old lady pay with any cash higher than a 20. Legal tender and refused sale. The space was also filthy. Disappointed.

I came in 9.17 @ 1230pm. 2 get 2 donuts one for myself and my coworker. I asked for two bags.. please. Well the young lady just rolled her eyes. Maybe she was having a bad day but these donuts are too expensive to deal with poor customer service 😕

Great spot for donuts with tons of variety and fun flavors. The texture is light and fresh, and the coffee pairs perfectly. The place can get busy and a bit pricey for donuts, which is why I’m giving it four stars instead of five, but overall it’s definitely worth the visit if you’re in Chicago and craving a sweet treat.

This location is very dirty. Spilled coffee all over the floors and chairs. Floors look like they haven’t been mopped in weeks
I wanted to sit outside but the one open table was covered in spilled food
The inside tables don’t appear to be wiped off frequently during busy times. Won’t be back.

Cashier was younger, with brown and redish hair who was extremely disrespectful. I asked for a medium and she very rudely pointed out that they didn't have a medium. If you hate your job so much go get another one. Don’t put a damper on my day

Terrible customer services by staff. According to my receipt Brandon V and his co worker who took the donut orders had terrible attitudes from the moment my husband and my siblings walked in. The service alone from the employees making you feel stupid for asking a basic question about a menu item or taking your order over the donut counter and then telling you they can’t take your order until you get in line??? I know you hate your job and don’t own this place, but at my job I don’t own it either, yet I don’t go out of my day to make customers feel terrible. Human decency and respect doesn’t exist in this place. If you hate your job get a new one. You ruin peoples experience and it reflects on the company. Dont recommend.

Overcrowded. Understaffed. Incompetent staff. Bad logistics for managing orders from apps, kiosks, and register simultaneously. It took 15-20 minutes to get a cup of black coffee. Never returning to this stans.
