This Stan's is quickly becoming a favorite! The donuts are always fresh and I love stopping in to see one of the workers. She has bright red hair and is a doll. I believe her name is Leah. I have trouble walking back up to the counter after I pay to collect my drink and food when I order it, Leah noticed it right away and always brings the food right out to the table I'm sitting at, even when it's really busy. When I get ready to leave she'll hold the door open for me, she doesn't make me feel like a burden and always takes a second to chat with me and tell me about all the new donuts and drinks they have. I came in with my grandson and when he started having a meltdown Leah was able to cheer him up and offered him a bright pink sticker that made him feel really special. That is stellar customer service you don't find now a days!

Lovely location with plenty of room. Tasty donuts. Great staff and drinks, way better than Starbucks. Also has a generous rewards program.

Stan’s donuts are good. Stan’s coffee is decent. But the problem with Stan’s is this: their organizational management. For example, Standard Operating Procedures are employed in restaurants for quality control. Quality control does not only apply to food though. Standard operating procedures can also be applied to management. If one restaurant has a price for an item, and the exact same restaurant right down the street has that same item priced cheaper, wouldn’t you as a consumer ask why? At the Broadway Stan’s location, unlike all other Stan’s, you cannot accept an additional charge for no ice in cold brew. Instead, they simply serve you less and charge you full price. Now, I, the consumer have a predicament. If I wish to have more cold brew, then why can’t I pay for more and add it to this cup? Am I expected to order a second cup that is also half full? This would not only be silly, but it would also be wasteful. Thus making it shameful. If I were a manager or operator of this Stan’s, I would consider why my counterparts act and charge prices in such a way that I do not. What makes me so special? Am I special? Or, should I simply align myself to the needs of my consumers as well as the logic of my counterparts?

My favorite barista, Michelle always brings such a warm, calm energy to my day. I come in here multiple times a week. They remember my order, make the best lattes, and somehow always know when I need extra kindness. Coming into Stans is the best. All thanks to Michelle! :D

I called myself trying a new establishment today. I'm disappointed. I paid almost $7 for two of the driest doughnuts in all the land. They were drier than Popeyes biscuits. For the price, they should be made with Quality ingredients. They should be moist and decadent. They were not. What a shame.

Great place for a delicious donut, a coffee and conversation!
One of the best glazed donuts I’ve had and I’ve had a lot…unfortunately, lol

5/5 great doughnuts and coffee!!!
Ordered delivery from the Stan’s app and half my order was wrong and everything was cold. Ordered the stanwich with bacon egg and cheese and got sausage instead. Ordered the frozen coffee and paid extra for caramel sauce and not only did it come mostly melted, but it also didn’t have the caramel drizzle lol. Then I tried to call the store twice to let them know what happened and they ended the call both times without answering.
Donuts on flec!
This place is dirty. Clean the floors, wipe the boards and tables, and have someone check the bathroom because it looks like management wants this place to look like a pigsty.
I got a croissant at like 5:30/6pm and was surprised by the quality for being as late as it was in the day. I'm not sure if they keep these baking throughout the day or not, but either way, it wasn't bad! Thanks Stan
