Delicious gourmet donuts đ©
The best I have had in a while. The smell when you walk in is even amazing đ đ„Č
Fast and efficient, great donuts and cold brew
We stopped by Stanâs Donuts, and Coffee (the one next to Millennium Park) for an evening coffee and snack. The place was empty, while everyone was lining up next door at Nutella CafĂ© shouldâve been a sign.
We tried their donuts and drip coffee. Unfortunately, both were disappointing. The donuts didnât look or taste fresh, and the coffee was watery and lacked flavor. Definitely not worth the stop. I wouldnât recommend this place.
This is more than donuts and coffee. A friendly employee guided me thru the 2 gluten less donuts today and I wrestled until I opted for chocolate glazed over blueberry glazed. Great choice even though I passed over a few vegan optics. The chocolate glazed paired well with my mango dragon fruit refresher tea, which I chose over a chocolate lightning cold brew and a frozen mango matcha lemonade.
They also offer unique Stanwiches with scrambled eggs, cheese and breakfast protein inc plant based protein on a pretzel bun. There's something for everyone here, plain coffee, tea, donut to exotic creations to vegan to gluten less
Accessible entry with medium weight door. Accessible order line and pickup line. The displays make for higher counter so you can see it all
Great service. Great creative options
Menus for beverages are dark with white letters and posted on wall for readability. Drink menus are white with dark letters
the donut tastes pretty good
We were touring Chicago when my autistic daughter needed a diaper change. After walking forever lol and not finding a public restroom, we stumbled upon Stand donuts and coffee. Restrooms were for customers only which was perfect since momma need a coffee. I tried the mushroom coffee cold press latte with the cocoa cold foam. It was sooo good! I had never had a mushroom coffee before and the caffeine hit was amazing. It didn't make me jittery and made me feel very calm and awake. I loved the lady that was working. She was very professional and polite. I will come back here for the coffee everytime I'm in town.
Donuts lacked any real flavor but the dough was nice.

Itâs in a cute little food hall. I love the presentation of the donuts. I got 3 mini donuts. Honestly, they were good (very sweet) nothing that is extraordinary but again, a cute little spot. No regrets and the service was good!

Horrible customer service!!! We decided to try their donuts while waiting in line to go into the Nutella store. I then went back with my son as he needed to use the restroom. Two female employees became very defensive with me over the restrooms being locked. One being locked for their use only and the second one being locked with lights off and no one in it. They did not unlock the restrooms nor cared to help.
They need employees who actually care and know how to treat their customers. I hope they can narrow down the two ladies who got defensive and did nothing to assist (one seemed to be a manager). Email has been sent regarding this and a private message was also sent on instagram.
Will definitely not return to this store!!!

I donât understand how some can say 10/10 & loved everything about it but leave 4 stars so Iâm making up for them. This place was nice. SUPER busy 1030-1130 on a Sunday am. Donuts were in full stock. The attendants to take our order were free but the ppl cooking & making drinks were sooo backed up. There are 2 of the smallest ovens Iâve ever seen to make everyoneâs food when this is literally on Michigan Ave. in Chicago. I felt bad for everyone working as they were just swamped but doing it all with a smile. Our 2 sandwiches took about 30 minutes to receive and I just had black coffee so I got that after 15 minutes but only bc I asked if I could assuming it was lost in the 40+ orders of drinks they were making. The line wasnât out the food like Nutella, but donât expect any fast service at peak times, and itâs not bc the staff isnât trying, they just have such a small space to work with. Food was good, coffee was good, didnât have a donut but they looked good. I prefer the other Stan locations in Chicago more so as they are off the beaten path and much larger in size for those that are in a main area.
