Twice now I’ve been given the wrong donut and since they’re wrapped up I don’t notice until I’m out of the store, and I’ve been incorrectly charged since different tier donuts have different prices. The donuts are good but the service is pretty bad.

Was helped by Tiffany to redeem my birthday reward for half dozen donuts. She went above and beyond to help me and make sure it all worked. Since I came too close to closing time to fill a half dozen, she set it up to place a pickup order that day (that I pickup next day) to make sure the coupon didn't expire. Donuts were lovely. Very nice experience and Tiffany should be commended for really helping me when I didn't know how to use the app either. I was recovering from...

I came in today here at Northwestern on Erie, they had very little donuts in the case, there only 2 male workers, the SAD PART IS , NATS WERE FLYING ALL OVER THE DONUTS ?, IT WAS SO SAD, 1. THERE ARE NO DOORS TO KEEP ANY FLYING INSECTS OUT, PLEASE PUT DOORS SO THAT WE CAN AT LEAST FELL SAFE EATING Stans again!!
